Ingredients

Wheat flour
(cup = 230 ml)
2.5 cups
1 egg, rest water 3/4 cup
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter 6 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Baking soda 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Place the ingredients in the recipe bucket. Dough mode. You can turn off the program after the last kneading and take out the dough (after all, it does not need to be lifted). Place the dough in a greased pizza dish and form a rim.
  • In the process of cooking, I had a certain incident. I was distracted and instead of milk, I poured water. But everything turned out OK.
  • I put the finished dough in a mold with a diameter of 30 cm, greased it with Italian tomato sauce.
  • Filling to taste. I have salami s / c 100 g, tomato 1 pc, a little parsley, mozzarella cheese 150-200 g.
  • Bake in the oven at 220aboutFROM

Time for preparing:

20-25 minutes

Note

I took an interesting recipe in the instructions for LG. I tried it, it worked, and ate it quickly. Of course, there is a difference from yeast pizza, but it is quite possible to consider this recipe as another interesting dough.

The man in the oven had the same problem. I solved it this way: I put a deep frying pan, which I was going to throw away, down the ovens and fill it with water before baking. The dough began to bake more or less evenly.

Bulochka used this trick 10 years ago. It helped great and the baking was better, still a humid environment, but now it is somehow not very good. Apparently my oven has died completely, and the problem with the door is that it skewed it.

I always use mozzarella. It melts perfectly and does not crust on top. I put it at the very bottom of the gas oven, and after 5 minutes. the cheese is already melted. Then I wait for the dough to brown.
