FILLING:
White cabbage 1.5KG
Bulb 1 large
Large egg 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • After the dough is ready, it must be divided into 2 parts and rolled out 1-1.5 cm thick, it can be thinner as you like.
  • Put one half rolled out on a baking sheet, put the filling on it.
  • Fry cabbage and onions in vegetable oil, salt.
  • Boil eggs hard-boiled, cut and add to cooled vegetables.

  • Cover the cake with the second half of the dough.

Time for preparing:

approximately 50 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 170 C.

I'll start with the fact that I decided to abuse my stove =))
according to the recipe, 500 grams of flour is put, but I decided to put 1 kg =)) because our family loves to eat with us.
