Yesterday I bought milk "Khutorok" 2.7% fat, protein-3.00. The foam came out from more than 6% milk. Apparently due to the fact that the protein is larger.

I generally have the best foam for 0.5% Lactel milk. It does not even overflow, it is necessary to shift it with a spoon.

Have you ever tried it from homemade milk? Should it be boiled or not?
Taia
I didn't whip home milk. I think that it should always be boiled.

About the glasses - I bought these in the epicenter, there were several types: thinner / thicker glass.
I whisk milk right in this glass, and coffee in a small espresso cup or better yet, I have a tiny glass jug, then pour it into the milk and you're done!
Taia, I looked at this Lactel in our boutiques, so only lactose-free continues to come across my eyes.

At what price, if not a secret.
RybkA
If memory serves, then for a set of 2 pieces, 80 hryvnia ... but there were also pieces.
Natalka38
RybkA, thanks for the information. Probably the discount was that it was so inexpensive. I am in a coffee shop today, bought decaf coffee. True, it was already fried, but they ground it with me. At night, I think you can even drink a couple of cups, without consequences.
Natalka38
A small "report" over time. Of course, I miscalculated the price (I overpaid by buying vitek 1514 for 500 UAH more than in online stores), but I'm 100% satisfied with the quality !!!! That's just from regular use, homemade milk-cappuccinatore clogs faster and has to be cleaned more often, and the coffee maker is super !!!!
Natalka38
Now on this site -https: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/s-image/3091/catalog/hot-beverages-making/coffee-makers/vt-1514-bk.html I found such coffee recipes for vitek 1514. I recommend watching. (y) It even says "recipes for this model" ....

At the beginning of the year, there was a lot of bragging about buying a Vitek coffee maker.
After time, how do you like it?

Oh, I got in on time. I am the owner of Vitek-1513. Everything is still, delight. The coffee is delicious, with a froth of cream. I specially bought a millstone coffee grinder, also Vitek, we have no others. I grind Ikeevsky coffee, every day, and immediately brew it. Wonderful! The cappuccino maker is whipping, there are only problems with the quality of milk, there was once a period, the milk was not whipped, but now everything is fine again.
So I was not disappointed, on the contrary, everything works and makes me happy.
Taia
AnastasiaKThanks for the comment.

Most often, coffee makers break down after six months of use. It is still too early to receive a full review of reliability.
AnastasiaK
igorechek, my previous one was practically non-name, something like Roventa (but I'm not sure, everything was erased). I waited ten years for it to break. I didn’t wait, I floated her husband to work, and bought myself a new one. And then how lucky.
And then I will still buy a coffee machine. So for now, I'm saving up some money and I'm happy about it.

After the carob, you will hardly enjoy the coffee from the coffee machine. Try to conduct a test before buying, brew the same coffee on your carob, and on a coffee machine and compare the taste. When I sold my carob, I drank coffee from a coffee machine for a short time, I chose not to drink it at all, I waited for a new carob to arrive. And not only, but my whole family.

I've been waiting for half a year ... How many more.
We do not have a choice of budget coffee makers, there are Vitekas and Dilongs, Zelmers. And there are very expensive ones, I don't want those.

AnastasiaK
Taia, well, I didn't bother while waiting ... I bought it and I drink. Take a chance, not that expensive.
Margit, I can agree with that. First, I took a more expensive model, Vitek 1514, it is more sophisticated. I put my usual coffee, from the packet I started ... and oops, water-water, as if water with a slightly coffee aroma. And the coffee maker is working, everything is fine, but ... wildly tasteless. Immediately back to the store, I changed it to the simpler and cheaper Vitek1513, saturated coffee, of the usual taste. Although in the same thread I read satisfied reviews for 1514. But it doesn't taste good to me. So it would be a shame to save up, buy a long-awaited coffee machine and be disappointed. The question is, how do you make coffee without buying a car? Is it possible in the store? Something I doubt about ours ...

Then Delongy will surely be more reliable.
Uncle Sam
A little more than a year my gift has been working - Vitek 1513, with my daughter. Working hours 2-3 cups of "Americano" per day. In March I stopped by and personally checked his work. She still brews delicious coffee with insanely high froth (there is no technical justification for "how it turns out").
AnastasiaK
Uncle Sam, Congratulations! My 1513 also pleases, the coffee is delicious, and what you like - you can adjust the amount of coffee you get. In my old espresso machine, the water flowed to the point of triumphant, until it was all overflowing. And here - a click - flows, a click - does not flow. At what I again in a minute - click, and a little more coffee is obtained with froth from the same portion of coffee. True, I fill my horn to the limit for one cup, I love a rich drink.
And the horn does not seem to be unique, other coffee makers also have one with an "uluchshayzer".
Uncle Sam
The fact of the matter is that in Vitka No. 1513 there is a very ordinary horn, without any "foaming agents" and cunning partitions (available, for example, in the horn of my home coffee machine "Bosch-ball"). As a result, "Vityok" produces 3/4 cups of delicious coffee and 1/4 cups of stable foam. With different types and grinding of coffee.
Large stores display 1 (I saw two in the Media Market) coffee machines to demonstrate their capabilities. So to try "machine" coffee before buying is a reality. (another question: what models will these be? obviously those that need to be sold quickly ... and I have not seen fresh coffee in hypermarkets for 6 months from roasting ...)

From personally tested budgetary coffee machines, deliciously brewed coffee: Saeco Xsmall (aka Philips HD8743), Nivona CafeRomatica 605. The nuances of the taste of coffee, missed in carob coffee makers, appear.
AnastasiaK
Here I am at Nivona and looking ... It is interesting to try.
eye
we have the third year of the ZELMER 13Z013 carob coffee maker
delicious coffee flawlessly
afnsvjul
Uncle Sam, it is worth the Saeco Xsmall to buy. I have a carob BORK at work in my office, coffee grinds and brews super !!! But one "but" - painfully expensive infection. I'm looking for a carob home for myself, too, but a budget option. I don't want to throw money away either, so I'm trying to find "my" version
afnsvjul
Saeco Xsmall is not like a carob?

Saeco Xsmall is not like a carob?
No, it's a coffee machine. On Avito, advertisements for the sale of a coffee maker are often fired, often along with a coffee grinder for a reasonable price.
Gallla
And I will unsubscribe too. With my Vitka 1513 everything is great! Continues to delight We operate it mercilessly.
Light
and we use my Vitek every day for 2-3 times! The flight is great! We love and cherish! (more than half a year has passed)
AnastasiaK
And here Vitek fell in price. In the store where I bought it, it now costs about $ 85. And in the same place I saw a clone of Vitka 1513 - Shinbo, one to one! Only more expensive - $ 120!
Mamik
Girls and boys, coffee lovers! Help with choosing a coffee maker, my brain is boiling. Now I'm torn between Vitek 1513 and Phillips Saeko8325. I did not use this kind of technique.Unexpectedly for myself, I realized that I do not want to drink instant. : nea: For the Vitek coffee maker, it seems like the grinding should not be fine, but I am a complete zero for now, in the grinding of coffee. And in Philips it seems like a water container can leak if you do not insert it correctly. In general, tell me and help make the right choice.
Margit
MAMIK
I saw Vitek 1513 in work, the pros: a quiet, large cup fits freely on the pallet, there is no vibration when the machine is in operation. All these disadvantages are in Saeko8325. I didn't see it in work, but I read it in the reviews. They make almost the same coffee.

Galina, from my own experience - I did not find any minuses in Vitka. I don't want to drink instant coffee. And I don't bother with grinding - I fall asleep and ready-made ground from the store (it says - espresso), I grind it in a millstone coffee grinder and in an ordinary coffee grinder, with a knife - I don't feel much difference. Nothing leaks anywhere, does not rattle. The water tank is large, filled and forgot. Ready to work quickly, foam is always high.

I'm using Phillips Saeko 8323. She also rushed between Vitka and this model. I like Phillips visually. I'm not a coffee lover. it was dripping a long time ago and I cooked there ready-made ground in vacuum bags that still muck. There were doubts, but can you leave after reading our branches empty-handed. I read reviews, watched videos, saw that there were a lot of negative reviews about Phillips, but I made up my mind. And she got caught with marriage. It made noise, vibrated. Submitted for examination, confirmed marriage. We took the second one of the same. It makes a noise like other carob that I've heard. the cups on the coffee maker do not roll when the machine is in operation .. A container with water can only be stupidly put crooked so that it drips. There are specials inside. marks, they connect to the tank line if you put it right. The coffee is delicious! Indeed coffee. I couldn't beat the milk the first time, now it's easy Coffee with froth, I beat cocoa for the kids. Now I take coffee beans, looking for the joint venture. I pray the grain for the kitchen. harvester, there are specials. a capsule for grinding, I keep the smaller the grinding longer, the smaller will be larger. So the purchase of a coffee grinder disappeared. Looks like Phillips has a high percentage of marriage, then how lucky. The family is happy, but I then ... Get to buy again I'll go for Phillips. I like it. It takes up little space, above a centime. for 3 thermopots for 3 liters. That would be a model in white (I love everything white) oh dreams!
olg @@
And I'm for Phillips Saeko. I have 8325, a year and a half. Zero problems. Coffee every day.
In general, the taste primarily depends on the coffee itself.
Mamik
Thanks for the feedback! tomorrow I will look at the Phillips at work and I will probably decide. Outwardly, I also like him better, but if I’m noisy, I’ll take Vitek. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to look at it at work. These pangs of choice!
afnsvjul
And what is the difference between the Philips 8323 and 8325 models? Which coffee grinder is the best to buy then to grind fine grind?
Olga y
Nothing. 23 plastic case, 25 metal panel on the pug and the panplate is dressed in the same plate. Power 950 each. The 27 has a case and a metal plate. plates and a power of 1050W.

I don't even know what to advise, there are budget coffee grinders, which have a lot of plastic and often have to change the millstones, but there are professional, practical, eternal ones without plastic, in which at least the millstones are changed after 300 - 500 kg of ground coffee. In general, it depends on the amount you are willing to spend on buying a grinder. By the way, Avito has interesting offers for a very reasonable price for prof. used coffee grinders.

, whip cocoa guys
Olga y, Olya, how do you do all this?
Olga y
Hope, it's simple. The girls wrote this method above. For a mug, two teaspoons of cocoa, one and a half tablespoons of sugar. I add kyatok and milk to taste and under a cappuccinatore. I do everything the same way if I whipped milk. The foam turns out to be high, and those who used to speak cocoa beee now stand in line, just right to buy a cow.
Esfir
As always, I missed everything. I wouldn't even think of doing cocoa like that. Olga, thanks!
Olga y
Drink with pleasure !!
Potapkina
Eh, something was missing in the sale of Vitek VT-1514
AnastasiaK
Potapkina, but we have, though the price of something unmerciful 8200 rubles.
Potapkina
AnastasiaK, we definitely do not have it in our city, and in the Internet shops there is something not a lot
Potapkina
Hurray, I bought it on Ozone (I didn’t have it, I didn’t have it, but yesterday I went to the site and "bam" is) with all the discounts it cost me less than 5 thousand rubles.
Olga y
Potapkina, Congratulations! Now treat yourself to coffee!
Potapkina
Olga y, yes it will come only in a couple of weeks, because I also ordered a bowl for a multicooker, but it is not yet available. But the main thing is done! I am most pleased that over 7.5t. R. I am now the owner of a coffee maker, ice cream maker and pans for multi
Olga y
Oooh so much good! : hl-izm: Nothing, we are patient, for a couple of weeks. Here I think with one coffee, nope ..
Mulika
At first, I also thought about buying a carob coffee maker, but still I bought a fully automatic Boshevsky coffee machine. I'm glad that I took the car, you don't really need to take care of it, and you can make coffee without my help at all, you just need to press the button.
