Mandraik Ludmila, Buttercup, and how much fin is in this set?
I ordered, I'm waiting.
vatruska
Helen, yes, yes, yes ... that same favorite squirrel that I take on the vanlang ... one is pure Arabica, and the second is a mixture of Robusta with Arabica ... delicious !!!

Kalyusya, this is this

"VIETNAM COFFEE GROUND LASK (CHON, PHUONG VY)
Ingredients: Arabica, Robusta
Roasting: a blend of different roasting levels
Grind: medium
Weight: 250g
Packaging: foil vacuum bag
Laska Chon (Chon) is a ground mixture of selected coffee beans of different taste and degree of roast. As a result of a complex combination, the taste of the blend becomes close in taste and aroma to the most expensive and exotic Vietnamese coffee - Kopi Luwak.

The grind is medium and therefore suitable for most cooking methods: in a coffee machine, a French press, a press filter. "

venera19I think 130 ml
Mandraik Ludmila
Anna, I measured, the water leaks right away, but in my outfit 100ml, no less, the coffee will turn out to be smaller, I pour a measuring spoon from an esperesso coffee maker, drips about 80ml, no less. But I once again top up half of the finna, so that it would not be strong, otherwise after the first try, the pressure jumped, although it may not be from coffee, but our weather is like that, but I'm careful. Strong coffee
venera19
Mandraik Ludmila, Buttercup, thanks, not enough somehow. But I will try how it will go at all. The girls paint beautifully, coffee lovers find it difficult to resist not to try.

Yes, a mixture of different grain sizes. And they differ in color.
Mandraik Ludmila
So in finn you can not only make Vietnamese coffee, you can do whatever you like, the "ritual" itself seduces me, you sit and watch how it drips ... I specially take a transparent mug. I try in my life to look for such small pleasures, they make up our quiet and simple female happiness, it seems to me
Newbie
I don't want to offend anyone, are there really fans of 100% Robusta
Mandraik Ludmila
Quote: Newbie
Are there any fans of 100% Robusta?
Never tried
venera19
Mandraik Ludmila, ButtercupI first looked at the Hario funnel. But there the price is inhumane even on Alishka. Then even fool around with filters. I'll start with finals.
Now in general I brew in a circle at work. Houses in the Turk.
And about rituals and happiness, I agree, pauses are useful to us, the squirrels always spinning the wheel.

From the video that I watched on YouTube, Vietnamese coffee is drunk with condensed milk and a lot of ice is added, it can be seen in order to dilute the strength of the coffee.
Mandraik Ludmila
Yes, I watched the same, but now it's kind of cold and I want something hot, so I brew twice

Girls who are interested - coffee press filters

I have a No. 9 screw.
venera19
vatruska, SvetlanaWhy did you choose a screw? I understand that the filters differ in volume. Then more coffee is poured into the base?
vatruska
Anna, I just thought that it is easier to adjust the pressure with a screw, but people are also controlled with a classic ...
Helen

I thought it was easier to adjust the pressure with the screw
it's not easier ... I have different ones, and it's hard for me to screw it, while you screw it up ... until you unscrew it ... and so you press and scroll it clockwise so that the coffee is stronger ...
vatruska
Helen, well, it's easy to screw it up ... to unscrew it ... in the end it came - when it spilled, you just need to leave the open fin for a while, after which the pressure cap can be easily unscrewed.

I am reporting. I received an order from WB yesterday. Everything is whole and brand new, the coffee is relatively fresh, just not packaged at all. And the girl at the point of issue, without hesitation, did not even put it in the bag, she gave me the pack in my hands. They have a shortage of packages there or something ...

Now about fin, coffee and the method itself. Everything worked out and I liked it! We will continue to improve further.
The most important thing is that I liked the taste of coffee, I tasted chocolate and for some reason nutty notes there. Fin is a little neat. But if I brew such coffee only for myself, then the size is quite enough, since the coffee is really strong (for me). For the whole family (3 people) I brewed it in the French press in the morning, it also worked out well. Thank you all for the motivation for opening up the world of Vietnamese coffee for me.
I think now I need to buy it with a squirrel for a test. It is unlikely that you can buy from Vietnam itself. Please advise the local proven places.
sleepyhead
Good day! Girls, you and me have tempted to try Vietnamese coffee (I am a coffee lover, how could I resist!), And I am very grateful to you for that !!!
I also ordered it for Wildberry, received it yesterday. Excited!!!

I bought a set in a package. Fin is just what I need for strength and size. I put 2 teaspoons with a small hill. I'm bastard for the second day. You don't know just Vietnamese coffee on Wildberries, without finals, is there? This store suits me, as delivery to the door is only 200 rubles.

Quote: soneyka
You do not know just Vietnamese coffee on Wildberries, without fin, is there?

Yeah, I found there is Vietnamese coffee. Fine!
Mandraik Ludmila
Girls, how glad I am that you liked it
vatruska
Ladies, thanks for the tip to the wildberries ... I didn't think there might be coffee there too. The only thing, girls, if you take coffee there - do not be lazy and punch this particular brand in Google. Just now I stumbled upon an interesting coffee, I read the description and bastard ... - on one line "MEDIUM INTENSIVE ROAST", on the other - "DARK". Further, they write "ARABIC", below - "A MIXTURE OF ROBUST AND ARABIC". Somehow I don't care, the main thing is that it was tasty, but there are people who care about it.
The Viet brand is very flavored, keep this in mind, everything I took was literally drank. Well, it was a pity to throw it away.

Anna, maybe wyeth will be okay for you ... I just haven't looked at all the wildberries yet, but I took this brand because miratorg often puts big discounts on it, so I tried almost all of it. In vanlang, delivery is expensive, so I only take it for a promotion if there is something very affordable. Right now there was a big discount on the blue ocean, ground, a blend of 8 types of coffee, until I tried it. And so - good hanoi beans, but everything is good there, you just need to read the description, they give a very clear and intelligible description of the variety, well, with a few exceptions. Here I received two ground squirrels - blue and brown, the only difference on the site is that one is for fin and the other is for coffee machines. Having already received, I saw that one is pure Arabica, and the second is a mixture of Robusta and Arabica.
Yes, what else is good with them - you can choose 2-3 probes for an order for free.
Mandraik Ludmila
Sveta, and how is cocoa there? My husband is a lover of both coffee and cocoa.
An interesting assortment and a shop, but the delivery is 250 rubles, comparable to the price for a bag, it seems like there is no reason to take a lot, and really only to catch discounts Interesting, but through a pickup point the delivery will be cheaper
vatruska
Buttercup, there is good cocoa, I took it for myself - gave it to my daughter-in-law, she loves very much.
On delivery - yes, this is the only thing stopping me from purchasing, I generally have 380 re courier delivery, only the pickpoint remained from the pickup point, the CDEK point has also opened, they also deliver by mail.
Now I got a discount on the drawing and came off a little - both squirrels, still ground, instant and grain coffee, herbal tea as a gift ... If you are interested in the assortment - subscribe to their page, they have a promotion - free delivery to the pickup point.
Kokoschka
The girls and I succumbed to the excitement.
Zakaschala on Viberis tomorrow will be delivered for free

And what kind of squirrel is it?
vatruska
Quote: Kokoschka
And what kind of squirrel is it?
Kokoschka, depending on which one ... they are both ground, there are also portions in bags. Medium grinding, flavored with hazelnut oil. Very unobtrusive aromatization, by the way, the aroma and taste are preserved after brewing. On their website it is written that one squirrel is focused on fin, and the other can be used in a coffee machine. Well, their grain composition is different. I took a brown one, I brew it in a drip coffee maker, and my aunt with great pleasure just brews in a cup.
Mandraik Ludmila
Svetlana, thanks for the info, we have a lot of pick-up points near the house in St. Petersburg, I will order there. True, later, I now have something that stocks of coffee have been organized, we will finish everything I have and I will try there, the samplers are great, otherwise you buy if something new is a "pig in a poke".

I brewed like that at work, I thought it was my invention. Yeah, polish coffee. True, I then became, first I will pour boiling water over a cup, pour coffee, a little boiling water and after a minute pour as much boiling water as I need. Well, for some reason I thought about it
Kokoschka
IrinapIrina I brewed for so many years. I liked it more than a Turk.
But after having bought Bekko for a long time only in it. We are her fans

vatruska, Svetlana will study

Last year, Tinoy began to use the Beletti geyser coffee maker. I thought, well, it is unlikely that something new will be ...
But no, it turns out there is Vietnamese coffee .... it's great!
vatruska
Kokoschka, yeah ...
It was a shock for me when pouring the rate of coffee, as for a drip coffee maker for one portion, I got such strong coffee in Vietnamese Fin ... I had to dilute it with milk ... It would seem that the amount is the same for both water and powder, but the result is different!
I also want to recommend this brand of coffee, I've tried it myself. Packaging only 100 gr

VIETNAM COFFEE GROUND DAT SAIGON CULI (DAT SAIGON CULI)
Ingredients: Arabica, Robusta, Chari.

Roasting: dark, caramelized in cane sugar
Weight: 100g
Packaging: foil vacuum bag
Coffee "DAT SAIGON - KULI" is an excellent blend of rich selected Vietnamese coffee of three types - arabica, robusta and chari, caramelized in cane sugar.

The word "CULI" in Vietnamese means "selected". A mixture of a similar composition is very popular with our regular customers. The coffee made from this mixture has a very pleasant sweet-creamy aroma, the taste is very soft. The coffee is strong enough as it contains robusta.

Girls, coffee is different in that it does not give a jump in blood pressure and heart rate. Tested on myself and friends.
Mandraik Ludmila

does not give a jump in pressure and heart rate.
This is important, otherwise I still reduce the amount of coffee in the finn, but still my heart rate increases and the pressure rises, so I take dibazol and then I drink coffee I understand that this is not very right, but I really want delicious coffee, I just have a cup I drink a day
$ vetLana
Buttercuptry decaf. Is there such Vietnamese?
Mandraik Ludmila
I have not come across decaf Vietnamese. Well I buy my husband "decaffeinate"
Kokoschka
vatruska, thanks, I'll try.
The only thing the girls are a little embarrassed is that almost everywhere rabusta, I heard that it is she who affects the pressure (races) and therefore we always take 100% Arabica ...
But maybe I'm confusing something
Irinap
KokoschkaI also read that she is much more caffeinated

and what does coffee give pressure surges?
Ukka
Caffeine causes heart palpitations and, as a result, pressure surges. Caffeine triggers an increased release of cortisol.
Newbie
there is more caffeine in tea, but for some reason I haven't heard from tea-fans that tea gives jumps
vatruska
Newbie, it depends on how to brew ... in order for it to jump out - it should be chifir. And coffee, as a rule, is brewed, at least not weakly. People will generally give up coffee and switch to the same chicory than they will drink tinted water, but tea is easy!

Kokoschka, yes, fig knows why ... she drank in the evening as an experiment, relatives drank and also confirmed ... I don't think it's a fake - they have such a kind of ground coffee, where it is honestly written that there seems to be 60% pure coffee, everything else - oil, flavors, salt, wine ...
Kalyusya
Today at work I decided to brew coffee in a finn from a bag for a Turk (fine grinding). Don't even try! I ate everything that was prepared for coffee, and the water spilled I only got half of it. She spat, took off the teapot and drank what happened. Therefore - only medium grind! Here.

Kalyusya, and did not wake up from the holes ??? Wow ... For a fine grind, well, I think so, the top lid only needed to be smoothed out and that's it. Since I decided to press it better ... like it will be tighter ... yeah ... half an hour and only half a minute dripped ...

Got a set on the WB yesterday, made some coffee.
I liked the aroma of the coffee, but it tastes too bitter and strong for me. I poured half into a glass, added boiling water and condensed milk. So the coffee turned out to be soft and aromatic.

Kalyusya,
francevna, I read that the Vietnamese drink this way - with condensed milk, but I wonder where they got condensed milk from, for dairy farming it is, to put it mildly, hot. I suppose they are taking them from us
Irinap
I rarely drink coffee with cream, a drop. Mostly black. And, as for the Turks, and from the fin you need to choose your own taste. Although one and the same is obtained in different ways in a Turk and in a fin. From a low roast, I like Atasha in a pink package (sometimes blue and green, and preferably grain). I wanted to be lazy and bought ground - different (!?). I brewed it in fin today, I like it
