Here is my recipe for borscht in a rice cooker (Comfort).

First, I sauté beets with vinegar, carrots, tomatoes, onions, on the program cooking until ready.
Then I put meat (without meat), cabbage and potatoes on top. I fill it with water, and on the same program I keep it for 15 minutes until it boils, then I switch to the program porridge, now the borscht is slowly boiling for about 20 minutes.
Now I add finely chopped bell peppers, garlic and herbs, then switch to the program warm, and still torment.
Borscht is made like from a rustic stove.
