Ribs with cherries in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Pork (veal) ribs 1 kg
Pitted cherries 200-300 g
Cherry juice 150 ml
Water 50-100 ml
Bay pepper
Salt
Condiments

Cooking method

  • Fry the ribs in baking mode without valve on both sides until golden brown. Add canned cherries, juice from it, water, lavrushka, spices. Braising for 1.5-2 hours.
  • Before serving, you can make a sauce: sour cream + starch + cherry, boil a little until thick and pour. (I was lazy)

Note

P. s. with cherries, I love just veal ribs, they are more tender and the cherry juice gives them extraordinary softness .. Pork ribs are a bit fat for me, but this time I did with them for not having others :)
