Cream:

Rum or cognac 1 table. the spoon
Dough:
Flour 150 g
Baking powder 2 tea. spoons
Sugar 40 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt pinch
Cottage cheese (fat content does not matter) 75 g
Milk 50 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Fill warm donuts with cream from a pastry syringe and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
