Shortbread cake with streusel

175 gr soft butter or margarine

Knead a soft dough from the specified products, divide into 4 parts. Roll out each part over baking paper, poke through with a fork and sprinkle with the 4th part of the strusel. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° (convection 180 °) for about 15 minutes until light brown.

225 gr flour
100 grams of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
150 gr soft butter or margarine

Mix flour with sugar, add butter or margarine and process into crumbs.

I just cut 500 g of strawberries into thin slices and put them on the cakes

600 gr sour cream or cream
100 grams of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 sachets of cream fixer (optional)

Beat the cream, gradually add the sugar mixed with the cream fixing agent and vanilla sugar, beat into a stable cream.

Grease the three bottom cakes with jam, and then cream. Put the last cake on top and put it in the refrigerator to soak.
If you are using jam or confiture, it is more convenient to release the cream from the pastry bag.
The cake is very tasty, it is soaked well, but the crust remains in the cakes.

I could not roll it out, so dividing it into equal 4 parts, I just smoothed it along the bottom of the mold with a slightly moistened hand.
