The bread is very soft and fluffy. The taste of grapes is barely noticeable. I think that you could put 100-120 grams. grapes.

Natalia, I baked your bread today - I also have an epidemic of grapes on the balcony ... I put 100 grams of raisins. I didn't have to take out the seeds, I didn't remove the skin, the grapes still grind without a trace, and the inclusions of the skins were so thin and tender that the eaters could not determine what kind of bread it was. The crumb had a delicate aroma of grapes, I think you can experiment further, increasing the dose of grapes and reducing the liquid, otherwise the disposal of 100 grams of grapes does not solve the problem globally when there are several cans with this wonderful product on the balcony One thing is clear - the idea is cool and requires further development !!!
