Frozen Peach Jam

Ingredients

A pack of peaches 400 g
Sugar 200-250 g

Cooking method

  • I defrost the peaches, pass them through a meat grinder (not mashed potatoes from a blender, but a meat grinder), mix with sugar and cook for about 20-30 minutes. not forgetting to remove the foam.

Note

Very tasty morsiki are obtained from it, I just pop it with a spoon, delicious with pancakes and buns. And the color is so beautiful - golden (there is no photo .. just when there is jam - there is no possibility to take a picture .. there is an opportunity to take a picture - there is no jam).
How long my jam is kept, I don't know, usually my husband eats it in 1-2 days ...
