Well what can I say? And here I am not an exception, but I will praise the cake! The cake is very tender, unpleasant, soft. The only thing I added were roasted walnuts and some cherries. The taste, of course, did not suffer. But I added a pack of cream to the cream, well, I really wanted to add something, then I can say that the cream itself turned out to be tasty, but apparently not liquid enough, so it did not drain, but simply soaked the tubes. So, girls, as Schochelka wrote, do it! Boldly!!!
And my second remark: one portion of dough is not enough. FEW! You need to take at least one and a half norms right away!
And further. The cake turns out to be very beautiful, elegant, without any special problems, so for the guests - the very thing !!!

I got an ingenious idea to make eclairs with the remains of this cream for the new year. But since the hands have been sharpened for years to cook a certain portion of choux pastry, in the end there are unclaimed empty eclairs. And then another brilliant idea came to me - there is a Scarecrow with her "Ladies fingers. Since this cake itself is ingenious to simplicity, it was not difficult to mix sour cream with sugar.
I can't forget the taste of this cake. I didn't expect that such a simple set could make such a delicious (secretly: even tastier than with caramel cream) Thank you very much

Choux pastry is essentially the same everywhere. Just for the cakes / profiteroles, a large portion is laid out.

On Chuchelka's advice, I baked with a temperature difference and everything turned out fine, I finally realized what my mistake was. ...
