And for many years in a row, I have been preparing pumpkin cream, I fished out the recipe from an old book on canning: darken the pumpkin under the lid and rub through a sieve, add any nuts and raisins to the resulting puree (to taste). Beat all this in a blender. Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired. The excess can be frozen. Very convenient and fast.

Krosh, I propose to use the recipe for the Temka "Dry Apple Pie" dough. I adapted it for a dietary one in Temka about recipes and secrets of healthy eating:

flour (I take whole, but you can white) 100 g.
semolina (I take rye-wheat semolina or semolina with sprouts and bran) 100 g.
sugar (take fructose) 50 g.
baking powder 1 - 1.5 tsp.
vanillin

Pour the dry mixture into a greased form, make sides.
And put the pumpkin cream. And it will be even tastier - a layer of pumpkin cream, a layer of curd cream and again a layer of pumpkin on top. Or 2 layers in any order.

Pumpkin cream:
500 - 750 g pumpkin (bake, rub, add dried fruits, nuts if desired)
3 squirrels
3 tbsp. l. sugar (fructose)
vanillin

Curd cream
500 - 750 g of soft cottage cheese (take zero fat)
3 squirrels
3 tbsp. l. sugar (fructose)
1 tbsp. l. starch
vanillin

When the layers are laid, gently drip water onto the dry edges of the sides (just a little so that it is absorbed and the edges do not remain dry when baking). In a non-dietary version, you can use olive oil

Bake at first at 220, then at 180 until the top layer is baked
Cool without removing from the mold, put in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the mold in the morning - it will be easy to cut. Serve chilled. If you do it only with pumpkin, you can serve it hot, but it will not be easy to cut
