Completely different dumplings are obtained. On her curd they are dense, "fleshy", require less flour, do not float. She once told me that the store milk is "empty". As if everything was sucked out of it and only the outer form remained. Now I rather agree with her ... But in any case, on any cottage cheese it is delicious. Be sure to cook!
