Peach jam with apples and lemons

Ingredients

Unpeeled lemons 2 pcs.
Apples 1 kg
Peaches 14 pcs.
Sugar 1.4 kg

Cooking method

  • 1.Squeeze the lemons and drain the juice into a saucepan. Peel, core and cut the apples. Stir the mass of apples and juice. Put the apple peelings together with the zest in a saucepan.
  • 2.Peel the peaches, cut into slices and mix with apple slices. Place the peach skins in a saucepan with lemon zest and apple peels. Cover the pot with fruit with a transparent plastic wrap and set it aside for a while.
  • 3.Pour 1.2L into a saucepan. water, cover and simmer for one hour over low heat. Then pass the resulting mass through a sieve into a saucepan with fruits, while trying to squeeze out as much gruel as possible. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Remove the pan from heat.
  • 4.Add sugar and stir the mixture until it is completely dissolved. Remove the foam from the jam and fill the jars with it, immediately close them with airtight lids.

I poured 2 times more water into a saucepan with cleanings (I cooked half the portion, but I didn't half the water), so when I realized the mistake, I drained the water and evaporated ... then poured it back ...
