  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy
  • 2. Add milk, stir.
  • 3. Now the mixer is to the side !!! Spoon, carefully, stir in flour in parts
  • 4. In a greased shallow dish (or small molds), put the berries on the bottom and carefully pour the dough on top.
  • 5. Put the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (my amazing oven tried 70 minutes ...)
  • You can use both fresh and frozen berries. Fresh berries must be filled with sugar in advance, and then drain the juice. Frozen ones - defrost, put on a sieve and let the juice drain!
  • I usually have a lot of frozen berries, so at other times of the year I add: strawberries, blueberries, cherries, black currants ... Since the berries are sour, I take a little more than half a glass of sugar. On the advice of Makarevich, I add two tablespoons of liqueur (cognac is also possible). In the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees this case stood for 70 minutes. It is checked for readiness with a toothpick - it is wet, but without pieces of dough. Sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
