As a quince lover, I could not pass by your recipe. I made small changes, during cooking - I used the whole egg, instead of maple syrup I took blackcurrant, 11% cream, sprinkled with sesame seeds on top. For the sake of interest and comparison of tastes, we first tasted warm - really liked it! Well, in a cold form, it is simply incomparable. I will definitely repeat this yummy
