lyudmila! I have a Panasonic 207 and there is only a "jam" function. can peaches be cooked with this feature?

How long and in what conditions is this jam stored?

you don't have to wait 30 minutes. until the peaches are juiced, and add 1 table. spoon of water and start cooking. And if there is no lemon, you can replace it with citric acid.

Oh! How many questions! answer
- no need to wait 30 minutes. until the peaches are juiced, and add 1 table. a spoonful of water and start cooking - I think you can even without water. I haven't tried it myself.
- if there is no lemon, it can be replaced with citric acid - YES
- how long and in what conditions this jam is stored - I keep it in my pantry like a regular jam
- I have a Panasonic 207 and there is only a "jam" function. is it possible to cook peaches with this feature - my bread maker says that this function can be used to cook compotes, preserves, jams, confitures ...

How much lemon juice is needed for jam?

The book for Panas 255 says 450g - berries, 450g - sugar and 20ml of lemon juice. I made this recipe with apricots. It turned out great. It is watery with cherries and did not add juice. With cherries, it worked well 1 / 1.5 without lemon juice. I want to try to make with tangerines with the addition of "Confiture"

I made jam on Panasonic-255, replaced the juice with lemon, it's a bit sweet for me, I understand that it should be so, but I made less sugar and threw in a little more lemon ... the first portion is cooling down, and the second is still HP, delicious

I just cooked in moulinex - 580 apricots, 360 sugar, 1 tsp. lemons. It turned out 700 gr. a jar of amber jam. No hassle, no stirring. But a bucket of apricots can certainly not be digested in this way. Now I want to buy 1.5 more.

girls, can you please tell me: apricots with sugar immediately in cotton or do you have to wait for the sugar to dissolve, I'm afraid to scratch the bucket with sugar?

I fell asleep all at once.
The second game turned out to be more interesting. Because I didn’t think that for a larger quantity it takes more time to cook. The slices turned out to be whole, not boiled, as in 5 minutes, but the syrup is thicker.

Well, my apricot jam is ready. During cooking, I could not resist and looked into the stove and it seemed to me a lot of syrup and I poured half a pack of zhelfix 2in 1, then added more, in short, the whole pack. It looks beautiful amber in color, it tastes very sweet in my opinion, probably you need less sugar or more lemon juice. I made 450g apricot and 450g sugar and 30 ml of lemon juice, for tea it will be. It turned out not a full liter jar. I'll try peaches tomorrow.

what a pity, I could not immediately find a recipe for apricot jam on our website, I just found it on the internet, put 450 g of apricots, 450 g of sugar and 0.75 cups (250 grams) of water.
And all why? Because you had to pay attention to the recipe in the instructions! I haven't finished reading about lemon juice. But I added (quite a bit) anyway. Now I think there will be a very liquid jam.

But I have not seen the zhelfix anywhere yet.
