And here is the recipe:
-3 tbsp. flour (0.5 tablespoons of corn, the rest is wheat),
-1.5 cups rye-kefir (my favorite) sourdough,
-1 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 2 tsp sea ​​salt,
- 1 tbsp. l. peanut butter
- 100 ml strong tea leaves (I dissolve salt in it),
- 1 tsp coffee grounds,
- 1 tbsp. l. with top of dry kvass.

Baking is also a favorite way - heat the ceramic pan in the oven to 230 - 240 * C, transfer the distant bread to a hot pan, bake for 10 minutes at 240 * C, then with a decreasing 180 * C for 40 minutes, and then 10 minutes with the lid open.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack. After baking, the bread should "ripen" - stand. The bread turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. Try this bread, you won't regret it.

BREAD ON KVASS

-410 gr flour (360 wheat, 40 pea, 10 corn)
-2 g fresh yeast
- molasses 1 tsp
-190 gr kefir
-50 ml of water
-140 g sourdough
-15 gr dry kvass
15 grams of fiber
-2 tsp salt
Proofing in a basket, baking with steam for the first 10 minutes.
