There is a 3-liter can of milk in the refrigerator. Natural, from a cow. And there the cream was already settled in a 7-centimeter layer! ... It was this (this layer) I took off. Neither the onion, nor the zucchini with chicken was at all offended by this! My daughter was looking for mushrooms, my husband thought it was finally julienne! The rest of the family rumbled like cats ...

Only in the process a question arose in me: and if the chicken is "normal", and not the leftovers, will it be chopped straight with the bones, or is it just the meat to separate and fry?

I do it a bit differently.
I cut the courgettes into thin half rings, add them and put them in a sieve.
I fry the onion, put it on a plate. In the same frying pan, I put boneless chicken cut into small pieces and fry it when the chicken is browned, I put the zucchini to it, slightly squeezed out, without fanaticism. The frying process continues, almost at the very end we add onions, stir, add sour cream, and let stew for 1-2 minutes.
I do not recommend cooking this dish in a slow cooker, the zucchini give a lot of juice and the dish turns out to be slightly watery and spoils the taste. The best cooking option is in a saucepan or a frying pan, especially since this dish is prepared very quickly. And it is best to let the sliced ​​zucchini settle before cooking and pour out the juice formed from them.
