The store-bought "chemical" mayonnaise was added to the dough .. When kneading, I feel a very strong smell of mayonnaise, which scares me. I try to save the bread, add three tablespoons of flour and a little water .. Anyway, a strong smell of mayonnaise .. After baking, I let it cool for 5 minutes and could not resist, I tried it hot. no apple and no mayonnaise. And the crumb is like I love !!
Now I don't want a new recipe for a long time.
The only thing that I will change is not to put the purchased mayonnaise, but either to do it at home, or just toss in the yolk, mustard and lemon juice. Moreover, the crumb turned out to be grayish, I like bread with an egg - it looks more fun))
