Ingredients

Wheat flour 350 grams + 2 tbsp. l.
Water 110 ml, completely replaced with potato broth
Mayonnaise mixture - how much it turns out (see below)
Apple on a grater 50 grams
Salt in the dough 1/2 tsp
Sugar in dough 1 \ 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Mayonnaise mixture:
Beat all products with a broom and taste.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Mustard ready 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix all the products in a bucket of a bread machine; it is imperative to adjust the bun, since the mayonnaise mixture was added without a specific measure.
  • Turn on the "Dough" mode and bring to readiness.
  • Then form a ball from the finished dough and place in a proofing dish.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 * C.
  • According to this composition of products and recipe, bread can be baked completely in a bread maker.
  • The dough is very soft and porous.
  • Mode Basic (Basic) 3.50 hours in time.
  • The weight of the finished bread is 600 grams.
