Puffs weekend breakfast

Ingredients:

Finished puff pastry
Eggs
Sausage or bacon
Sour cream
Chopped spinach

Cooking method

  • Cut the finished puff pastry into squares.

  • Coarsely chop the hard-boiled eggs.

  • Cut the sausage or bacon into cubes (like on Olivier).

  • Beat a jar (200 gr) of sour cream with salt and seasonings to taste.

  • Add fresh or defrosted spinach to sour cream.

  • Place the dough squares in the muffin tins.

  • Put the eggs on the bottom and sprinkle them with just a little soy sauce.

  • Then tame with sausage.

  • Top with sour cream with spinach. Cheese optional (I don't sprinkle).

  • Bake in the oven at T 200 deg.

I prepared puffs in the evening, the smell was there. Baked in muffin tin. After 35 minutes of baking at 220 gr. turned on the grill to brown the top of the puffs. The top was reddened, but the inside turned out to be damp. I pulled out the puffs from the molds and baked on a baking sheet for another 7 minutes. We will shoot a sample tomorrow. I don't like store-bought puff pastry. Stelochka, can you make them with your false puff pastry? And do you need to bake on the lower levels of the oven at a higher temperature?

I think it should turn out well.
I put it on medium, but I have convection, so my oven doesn't matter. You yourself will ask your oven how it is better!
But to increase the temperature is somehow scary - it would not burn out.
