Champignon 200 gr.
Milk 2 tbsp.
Butter 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 3 tbsp. l. with a small slide
Ground nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Mozzarella type cheese or any soft and melting cheese 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Why "almost"? Because we put everything raw and without cream and without ... In general, it is quick and tasty, and we use a large amount of juice to dress the rice for the side dish.
  • Finely chop the chicken breasts, chop the mushrooms into strips, grate the cheese. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the flour in butter until pleasantly creamy, pour in milk in a thin stream and bring to a boil with constant stirring. Season with salt, add nutmeg, pour the sauce into a bowl with chicken, mushrooms and cheese. Stir well and place in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
  • Cook in microwave on COMBI mode (micro + grill, 600 W) for 25-30 minutes.
