  • Beat milk and eggs, mix with cottage cheese. Add zucchini grated on a coarse grater, salt. Put 1/2 of the mass in a glass dish, spread out the bacon, put the remaining squash and curd mass on top, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  • Preheat microwave oven on the GRILL mode and cook on COMBI mode (micro + grill) for 20 minutes at 600W
