Yeast pancakes with stewed cabbage

Ingredients
water 500 g
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast fast-acting. 4 g (or live - 12 g)
flour 380 g
cabbage 550 g
salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method

Pour warm water into a bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in it, then dilute the yeast.
Add liquid to flour and knead the dough.
Place the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage and simmer in vegetable oil until tender, add salt. Refrigerate.

Add the stewed cabbage to the dough that comes up and mix well.
Put the pancakes on a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until cooked over medium heat under a lid.
Serve with sour cream.

The dish is designed for 25 pieces.
