And what does the egg in the recipe give?
Well, in 400 g of persimmon, water is decent, and the cream was at hand in terms of fat content, so the egg here is of the type of additional foaming, so that after freezing the ice crystals in the product are not felt.
Taia
Clear.
My persimmon puree was very thick, not watery. And the persimmon was very sweet.

I was in a supermarket today, the price of ice cream has risen, the lower limit is about 130 rubles per 1 kg (more precisely, for 1 kg of dyes and palm oil). More or less edible ice cream at 150-170 rubles per kg I used to think that it can be easily done in the freezer, but it turns out there with ice ... Now I seriously thought about the advisability of buying another device.
It is not always possible to go and buy your favorite ice cream, with raspberries on the shelves for several years.
Grypana
Be sure to buy while it's not summer yet! You will definitely be in seventh heaven!)))
Oca
Oh yeah! Hot summer! I remember how in the summer you take a cart, on it a box and a blanket ... you roll with it to the wholesale depot, where you can buy about 100 ice cream glasses at once, and then you run home until it melts. Now I will read it, I will choose something. It is already clear that I will take it without a "refrigerator", because it is expensive
I really liked the appearance of the Vitek Winx 1351 ice cream maker, they sell on 🔗 (there is a pick-up point in Krasnodar), they charge how much for pick-up, who knows?

Wasp, haven't you seen them in Okey? They were there with a discount of 700 rubles. This ice cream maker is very small, I did not buy one. It is for children, one serving.
Oca
No, kubanochka, I haven't seen it (I was in the Galaxy, maybe they were at the GMR), mine is already grumbling when I go to the kitchen appliances department. I just finally googled a volume, really nano-sized ...

Why choose her in appearance, and you see her for 30 minutes while the ice cream is being prepared in it. And the rest of the time she is in the freezer. Here the main parameters are - the shtob climbed into the freezer and the volume was normal.

Shl. If anything, I have a clathronic since May, we use it often, especially in winter.

Yeah, utensils for dolls.
I have Klatronic, I am very happy! Look in Auchan, there was a normal ice cream maker for ridiculous prices.

Taia
It seems to me that the principle of operation of all ice cream makers is the same and they are all approximately at the same level of performance quality. It is necessary to choose a model with the largest freezing bowl in terms of volume.

How can you identify it? I only saw and felt a couple of models.
Taia
They write volumes in liters.
I have Ariette for 1 liter. The mixture can be poured into a maximum of 600-700 gr. When working, the mixture is whipped and increases in size. And if you pour a lot of it, it starts to crawl out of the bucket. And the mixture that came out of the bucket already freezes badly.
The obtained ice cream is not enough for the family. I can eat half of it myself.
And there are ice cream makers with a bowl of 1.5 liters.

The main thing is the height of the bowl and the drawer in the freezer to match.
Taia
This must be taken into account.
Oca
You can remove shelves and drawers from me. Last time, 15 kg of chicken parts fit in and there was room for sausages with dumplings. In general, I need to go shopping, examine, measure ... Thanks for the advice!
Sonadora
And I do not freeze the whole bowl, but only the "disk" with the cooling substance. I just bought such an ice cream maker:
Philips 2304
Ice cream maker: reviews, instructions, purchase and operation issues
Vilapo
And I recently bought myself such a simple one. Here it costs 224 UAH. (28 cu), bowl 1.5 l., Well fit in the freezer drawer, model "ROTEX"Ice cream maker: reviews, instructions, purchase and operation issues, and I made this cherry today, delicious Ice cream maker: reviews, instructions, purchase and operation issues
Grypana
I have an Orion ice cream maker, a bowl of 1.4 liters (sold in Ukraine, the price is 179 UAH, a little more than $ 20)

But you also need to remember that not only the ice cream bowl should fit well in the freezer, but the freezer temperature should also be -18 degrees.

so walk along the museum household appliances a la meredian and what it flows into there, in my opinion in Krasnodar this is the only place where all the shops are in one heap ..

I will probably buy a simple ice cream maker for my mom, without a compressor ..
Oca
Nevushka, absolutely right! Only today it started to snow, now I will have to walk through the warmth inside the complex, past dishware and hardware stores ... there is a high probability of collecting kitchen trivia again (the seventh pot holder or another hot stand) I’ll better look at the sites if there are ice cream makers in those stores, otherwise it will turn out like a pancake maker - in two hours I found only 1 piece in the window, but not the one that was needed, then I ordered it on the Internet.
Juventa
I read this topic, caught fire with the purchase of an ice cream maker (I want such a gift for March 8). I stopped the choice on 2 models: CLATRONIC ICM 3225 (found for 340 UAH) and Delonghi IC 8500 (found for UAH 533). Which one would you recommend to choose?

The first attracts with the price, the second - with a bowl of 1.5 liters.

Happy owners of the CLATRONIC ICM 3225 ice cream maker, tell me how much is the maximum ice cream per gr. can you cook in this ice cream maker? The store told me about 1 kg, but I can't believe it - the bowl is only 1.2 liters.
Nevushka
Juventa I have 1 liter in a 1.5 liter ice maker.
It is not very correct to measure in kg, since the density of products is very different.
Juventa
A, clear. Means in a bowl of 1.2 liters. will be 800 ml. ice cream. Nevushka, and what kind of ice cream do you have? We are going on holidays with a family of 6 people, I want to feed everyone at once.
Stafa
Can't you do it in advance? For a week before NG, I made a daily supply of ice cream for the holidays. But this is in order to sit stupidly on ice cream all day, since food on NG is already turning back. And on holidays, the usual one batch is enough for 5-6 servings in bowls. But for lovers and connoisseurs of ice cream, you can wind up various things.

Well, yes, in fact, you can do it in advance, then everyone will have enough
I'm just not sure in my freezer, I thought that I would freeze the bowl in the freezer with my parents, and there, on the spot, I would make the entire volume at once. Therefore, while in thought

I have an unold compressor room, my mom will take the usual one by summer ..

For a holiday, I would do it in advance, the more it is stored well and it is still too soft right after cooking, so that the beautiful balls would still need to be frozen.
Oca
I went around twelve stores, but I didn't find a single ice cream maker (little Vitek doesn't count). But I found soft bags - cold accumulators. I'll try to build an ice cream maker from them and two pots or cans.

Wasp, Mashun! Today I specially went to Auchan to see you an ice cream maker. And figs there, there is no ice cream maker. They have a rearrangement there. Household appliances were moved to the next row.
Now I looked at the Yulmart website, in Krasnodar on the North there are 8 pieces of Klatronic 🔗 for 1620 scars.

kubanochka , Lena. off topic (I just went to see the information, I quietly want an Ice Cream Maker to my Kevud for a long time) well, you have a lot of equipment, just where you put it in the kitchen, I recently bought a bread maker, so now my husband will have to make a table under it, nowhere to put it. In short, I was stunned

When I was looking for an ice cream maker in Krasnodar two years ago, the sellers wondered in an unappropriate "WHY? !!!" I found the only one in town, and then in a small private shop. Then somehow they immediately appeared in several stores. And if you consider that I was also asking for an electric potato peeler at the same time, then at least I was mistaken, probably, for the city crazy
And I have enough space, I have a kitchen of 24 sq. m Here are last year's photos https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1366.0 Now something has been added and changed.

LENA, thanks for the information, but about the kitchen, well done. Everything is in its place (the class it is), otherwise I have to constantly rearrange the steamer, and you can imagine its place in the children's bedroom, in the wardrobe, and since I have been using it a lot lately, I don’t take it to the bedroom. In short, the kitchen needs to be remodeled, but I don’t know, there are only 9 squares. (I’m still planning an ice cream maker and a dishwasher, I want to have money too, but there’s no place) I say I need to throw out something unnecessary and what I don’t know. The husband says call the elder, she will immediately find something to "throw out". I even bought a blender with only a small chopper for nuts and herbs, sorry for the place. In short Well done, all by jars, by drawers - I'm the same. I love what would be convenient and beautiful. Taak .... urgently needs to build a house Husband's reaction

We must decide! Take and put everything unnecessary at the flea market without regretting it. When I moved, I took MV and HP, I didn't even take a table. I threw the stove out of the kitchen, leaving only a light bulb, a sink and a window sill in the empty walls. Since the new year, my renovated kitchen, alas, froze at 90% readiness and without facades. But there are roll-out (on ball guides) boxes: 4 pieces 90 * 54 * 25 cm and two 90 * 54 * 10 cm. Everything fits in them!

kubanochka, thanks for work!

The fact is that I do just that (experience of 4 crossings), I can sell a working microwave for a penny or a new one is great (but no one rides it). If I don't find a buyer and this happens, I just carry it to the trash can, until I get home, and there is nothing in the trash can. Now only what I use, pancake flour 5 kg. 1 grade is in the corner behind the refrigerator (they do not sell less packaging).

Share ideas if anyone has. I found a place for a bread machine, it stands on a plastic basket 60 cm high. It is very convenient to keep an eye on the kolobok, and the cotton lid does not "interrupt" the general line of this wall. We need to make some kind of table. Husband with hands, will do, can anyone have any ideas ???

Pay particular attention to post 94. How the Hairpin managed to place all its devices in the kitchen of 5-6 sq m. In my opinion, this is not only a sample, but simply a standard of harmonious placement in a minimal kitchen.
Good luck!

Ladies and gentlemen!
I decided to buy an ice cream maker for my girls (wife and two daughters) by March 8.
I stopped the choice on two models:
Clatronic ICM 3225
and
Nemox Gelato Trendy Plus 1.5L

The price of 1600r speaks in favor of the first. And that's all. The bowl is aluminum. Volume 1.1 liter. Made in China.
In favor of the second - a volume of 1.5 liters, a stainless steel bowl and the country of origin Italy (like even a brand). But the price: 5000r!

Reviews about refrigerant leakage are scary:
🔗 -Review 1
🔗 - Review 2

Who owns Nemox semi-automatic ice cream makers: Develop my doubts about the poor assembly of the Nemox ice cream makers! I don't want to overpay 3 times for a defective product ... And is there any point in a stainless bowl? Here 🔗 you can read about comparing the properties of metals. It follows from this article that aluminum has a better thermal conductivity than steel.

Just speak up to the owners of other models of semi-automatic ice cream makers from Nemox.
And then March 8 is close, close, the heart beats like a deer ...

Something pulled me wrong
I won't have time to order before the holiday. We urgently need to choose.

I recommend Land Life BL-1450.
Aluminum bowl 1450 ml. I bought it for 1800 rubles. in Moscow.
I have been using it since August in the same hands (mine). Twice a week on average. I did not notice any particular subtleties. Ingredients can vary widely within common sense.
(The wife eats ice cream more than anyone else, but she has never done it herself.)

And who understands languages? Explain to me the purpose of this thing: 🔗
Lyalya Toy
Nevushka somewhere we already had it.
If I'm not confusing anything, then this thing is for frozen berries to make a sorbet.
Zima
I don't really understand, but it says ice cream, and you watched the video on this old man?
Apparently, it grinds fruits and at the same time freezes them, how it happens (frost) - I did not quite understand

I found the manufacturer's website, they call it a sorbet machine
🔗
Lyalya Toy
Here I found a video

Nevushka
I watched the video, but did not understand anything, do they stuff frozen fruits there? why then the color as with the addition of milk? how is the creamy consistency obtained?

I also revised other videos, they really put frozen fruits inside, like a fine grater, because the principle of operation is like that of a juicer only without ejecting the cake.
Robin bobin
oh, that's the problem, how you want an ice cream maker. A necessary thing at home - in the summer, every day we buy ice cream by a kilogram, and then we also figure out who got little. And now it is so store. But here's how to convince my husband that we need her - he is the main eater of ice cream, even my child and I do not keep up with him. But he seems to eat with NO taste at all. Somehow he came across a really nasty vegetable, but at least he tasted something. And after all, if only an ice cream maker, and then there are still plans .... eh.
I wonder if this is only in Moscow, or in all Auchan?
