Ingredients
Brown cake layers 1 pack (3 pcs.)
Cream:
Butter 200-250 g
Yolks 3 pcs.
Cocoa
(I put the real, like a gold label) 3 tsp.
Pomade:
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 3 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Butter 50-60 g
Cooking method

] Mix and heat all ingredients, except oil, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool down. Beat the butter with a mixer, gradually add all the cooked and cooled dressing.
Pomade:
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
Assembly:
It is advisable to sprinkle the circles for the cake with cognac, rum, dessert wine or liqueur. Spread cream on two circles, pour lipstick on the third. It is advisable to keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
