Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 g
Water 250 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil
(sometimes I pour sunflower,
and sometimes olive,
this is optional)
2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Dried dill 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The bread maker kneads all in the usual mode, sometimes I put it on the 1st program (simple bread), and after kneading and 2 proofings I turn off the oven completely ...
  • During the preparation of the dough, I don't waste time - I prepare the filling ... (who loves what): stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes with fried onions, cheese with garlic, raisins, cottage cheese, etc. - That's all I did with at the same time !!!!
  • After the 2nd proofing, I take out the dough and form 15-20 balls from them, the more, the tastier (more filling and less dough).
  • I sculpt pies from all the fillings that I have, and I do not roll them into pies that are familiar in shape, but like big dumplings, that is, so that they are round ...
  • I grease each "dumpling" with sunflower oil from all sides and neatly in a bucket ... sweet pies in one direction, savory ones in the other ... I put them on top of each other as well. I forgot to say that I am removing the kneading blades.
  • I give 30 minutes to distance ...
  • The pies are wonderful !!! After baking I let the bread cool down, and then I divide it into separate pies !!!

Time for preparing:

bake for 60 minutes

At the moment we are renovating and I do not have a full-fledged kitchen with an oven, in fact, I have only one gas burner and a bread maker. And the habit of cooking remained. Due to my position, I thought about how I can bake pies using a bread maker ...

On baking mode, I don't remember which one it was. Why watch something? You need to immediately set 60 minutes. The stove will ring when everything is ready.

True, I changed it a little ... Since I knew in advance that I wanted sweet pies, I did not add dill, but increased sugar + 1 tbsp. l. spoon. I took sunflower oil. Filling: apricot jam and cherry jam (with HP. After forming the pies, I allowed them to distance a little (on a baking sheet under a towel for 10-15 minutes). Baked for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 250C, at a temperature of 200C, alternately changing baking sheets. I put another mug of water in the oven, and I got 14 medium-sized pies, smeared with protein and sugar (left from the previous shooting, but there were no eggs at that moment.
Very tasty simple and cheap recipe !!! The pies are plump, ruddy, soft, moderately sweet, and very delicious !!!

Apple saved today. I would like pies again, only pies are not enough at the exit. I'll try to increase it by at least 50%.
Accordingly, it turns out - the recipe:
600 gr. flour;
3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
3 teaspoons of salt;
3 tablespoons of oil (sometimes pour sunflower, and sometimes olive oil, this is optional);
2.25 teaspoons of yeast;
375 ml of water.
I counted correctly, but now the main thing is that it is correctly combined!
The experiment was successful! Everything turned out as tasty as before. As a result of the increase in the mass of the dough, the output is 25 medium patties.
I liked everyone whom I treated ... but I want even more airy dough, such as in bread ... Maybe someone will send me to ... another recipe
By the way, along the way, I arranged another experiment: When is it better to grease with an egg: at the beginning or at the end of baking? I anointed 1 part 10 minutes before cooking, and the second before putting it into the oven ... I won the second option! You need to lubricate first !!!
