Chicken in sour cream

The recipe is simple, tried and tested for many years. Minimum ingredients and fuss, and the result is always excellent! I advise.

Wow!!!!! There were master classes, but a video master class !!! Beautifully!!!!!!

I thought and decided that the printed version, nevertheless, would also be necessary, probably. How can we save it in our notebooks?

I wrote it down in my notebook, well, for everyone

Chicken in sour cream in a slow cooker.

Chicken 1.2 - 1.5 kg
Sour cream 150-200 g
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Oregano ½ tbsp l.
Salt, pepper to taste

Baking program. Pour in vegetable oil, warm it up a little. Chop the onion in half rings, lightly fry. Cut the chicken, put it in a slow cooker. Fry lightly on all sides.

Switch the multicooker to the "Stew" mode for 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken, it may take more or less time).

Meanwhile, prepare sour cream and garlic.

After the signal, open the lid (multicooker on "Heating"). We transfer the multicooker to the "Steam cooking" mode for 2 minutes. We put sour cream. Mix and close the lid.

The Steam cooking program (2 minutes) is over. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press and stir. We close and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Bon Appetit!

I sculpt myself. This is Tatyana and me (Yana) it dawned on (moreover, the idea came to mind independently of each other, almost simultaneously): a special section has now been created there. I quietly spread my video recipes here. There is already Chinese cabbage charlotte https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...59686.0, Red cabbage stewed with apple and beetroot https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...59685.0... By the way, there is also a text version of the recipes.

Luysia, thanks for posting the printed recipe! I thought it was unnecessary, but now I will take it into account for the future.

And I also found an early-ripening liqueur in a multicooker.

Interesting!

And the chicken is really tasty (I used to cook something like this in a saucepan, since I recently had CF).

, thank you ... I shoot like this: a spoon in one hand, an apparatus in the other.

P.S. The video shows that I can't squeeze out the garlic with my left hand, I had to shift the garlic press into my right hand

My mother-in-law taught me this recipe. She cooked on the stove, in a saucepan and called it "White Sauce". And from the future spouse, even before the wedding, I knew that this was his favorite dish.

To be honest, I thought about it, but manually in focus is exactly what you need.

By the way, in the original it is necessary to add potatoes at the stage "We translate to" Stewing "... I just prefer to cook meat separately from the side dish: the side dish is always fresh, and there are more options (buckwheat, rice, potatoes, etc.).
