Minced meat 500 gr.
Egg 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Potatoes 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste
Sauce
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
Boiling water 200 ml
Spice taste

Cooking method

  • We make minced meat, sculpt meatballs 5 cm in diameter, roll in flour, put in one layer, blanch for 5 minutes at 100% power without a lid. After blanching, pour the meatballs with hot sauce. Close with a lid or special foil for MV, simmer for 10 minutes 60% power


The total cooking time is approximately

15 minutes.
