Lightning pickled mushrooms

Ingredients:

Mushrooms (preferably small) 500 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
imone juice 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dry white wine 0.5 cups
Parsley 1 bundle
Oregano or dried basil 1 tsp
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Recipe from Mom on Cook

  • Put all the d / marinade ingredients (except parsley) in a d / micro bowl and on max power for 3 minutes. add mushrooms and half of the parsley, for another 3 minutes, stir once. Leave covered for 2 minutes

  • Pickled onions for garnish pickled in lim. juice.

  • Z. Y. still very good it is delicious to serve mushrooms in green salad envelopes, so portioned, oops! - and in the mouth! 🔗

These mushrooms are really magical, I made them both in micro and in a marinator. I have already exhausted 2kg of frozen mushrooms.
