vernisag,

Design is not important. But I would like without unnecessary paraphernalia.
Looked at, for example, Polaris PMC 0554D. It seems like nothing more and everything is there.

By the way, I read it in the instructions, they write about step heating in a multi-cooker - My recipe Plus is called.
You can set the required number of steps - and each has its own duration and temperature.

By degrees, I agree, 160 will be enough, I just love when there is a margin.

Still worried that some modes are touch and not. Sensorless is when the multicooker does not understand how many glasses were poured into it - one or three. And he does everything according to one program. As far as I understand.

Well, about 3D heating, I would like to know how necessary it is. The bottom can burn and the top is not baked.

p.s. the budget can be raised. It would be for what.
redleafa
selenа, yes no, 10 - 2 pieces, 18, 181 and 101. Well, it turned out that 10 and 18 children took away, then the 10th appeared again. I'm glad they are the same, you don't need to break your head, where and what to press. Always predictable excellent results!
vernisag
Yeah Multicooker does not understand how much you put food in them, the programs are designed to cook an average or full volume of the bowl. Touch programs work to evaporate liquid and turn off when all the liquid has boiled away, since without liquid, the temperature in the bowl starts to rise and the touch sensor turns off the program. They work on the principle of a rice cooker. There are usually 1-2 such programs, rarely 3-4 pieces, these are rice, buckwheat, express and sometimes pilaf. And 3D heating works mainly only during the baking program, but it does not blush it, but simply dries the condensate on the lid so that it does not pour into pies and casseroles. Baking in multicooker is always light on top, we just turn it over on a plate at the top light side down. If bread or yeast pies, then turn them over in a bowl and bake for another 15 minutes
Polaris have very well-tuned programs, temperature regimes, that is, they have smart multicooker and it seems to me that any of the latest models can be taken. But, they have good bowls, only in more expensive models. But buying an extra bowl is not a problem for Polaris, they are always in stores, and they are suitable from other manufacturers.
I also really like Polaris PMC 0554D, and the design and the number of programs are enough, there is a Teflon bowl and drip tray, a beautiful multicooker.

14 programs are more than enough and you won't really need "my recipe", as I already wrote, the Polaris programs are set up very well.
Choosing a multicooker

Here you can see recipes for Polaris, but recipes are also suitable from other multicooker.

Thank you

I think I will take it.

And so I called in support of Polaris, I thought to get expert advice - FIG you.
The service engineer is very busy. Does not provide advice. Suggests to "consult" the store managers.

Well, we all know what kind of managers there are.

Only your forum helped. Thank you.

Girls, please help me with a choice. I want to give my son and daughter-in-law a multicooker for the new year. Young people work from morning till night, they want to make their work in the kitchen easier. They will have a multicooker first. Choose between three models.I like PHILIPS HD4731 / 03 more, but a little expensive, in PHILIPS HD4726 / 03 a bowl of 4 liters confuses (won't it be enough?) Or maybe, what other option would you suggest?

Hello,
I have a Panasonic SR-TMH18 since time immemorial. and I'm here thinking about buying a new one. I even bargained from my husband for a decent budget for the purchase. I started reading, choosing and completely disappeared ...
I wanted a knurled Panasonic, but the model that suited me, including design, was discontinued (550). I began to choose among Phillips (a friend praises their 2-liter baby very much), but either the design is frightening (radically black), or the bowls are ceramic.
I even began to look at Kitchen Aid with a stirrer, and the design pleases and my husband gives money for it, but I am tormented by doubts. Here both the bowl is ceramic, and the lid is glass, and there is no delay in starting.
But...
In my current Panasonic, I have used that delay start 3-4 times over the years. Either I throw in something primitive to get ready and will wait on the heating, or I cook primitive There is a modern induction cooker with shutdown timers, and I often cook side dishes on the stove, from the series "I poured water, after a minute the water boiled, poured cereals, reduced the heat, turned on the timer and you can leave. "
In fact, I need a slow cooker more to cook soups, compotes, you can probably also casseroles there. The "Steam" mode in a multicooker is relevant, a double boiler as a separate device has not been reached for a thousand years. Solyanka and pilaf are also cooked in MV. Rarely, but I bake ("Baking" mode in my machine) meat or poultry in MV.
I still bake in the oven more often - I love the ruddy top.
Please tell me what to choose?
vernisag
OlgaPopova, and do you cook soups sequentially laying the ingredients? It is necessary that the lid can be opened at any necessary moment, right?
I just thought that going for a walk, so walking a cookie or induction bork But they work under pressure, the lid cannot be opened during the program Although, bork also has induction multicooker, girls praise

Goodnight! Thank you.
Yes, I need to get into the pot
And about Bork, I have a stereotype that marketing is more than technology. But I may be wrong.
I'll see them too.
vernisag
No, bork and kuku, the quality is very good and they cook excellently. My cuckoo is simple, shady, but I really like the quality of the bowl and how the multicooker is competently arranged. But I don't cook soup in it, I only cook meat on the stewing program (under pressure), I really like the PP program (slow cooker under low pressure), the baking is excellent, the buckwheat program (6 minutes + pressure set) is universal for buckwheat and pasta and great for potatoes. The pilaf is not bad. Fries just fine.
I don’t use other programs, I don’t get porridge in it, rice doesn’t taste good to me under pressure
I like to cook in an ordinary multicooker, I like sensory programs. I love my Stadler Form for cereals and soups.
Lerele
And we have some kind of new Bosch multicooker appeared, it prepares with pressure and without

Christmas trees, there is a pressure cooker in the detailed description, but there is no pressure cooker in the description above, the pressure cooker is different

🔗

That is, the first is just a slow cooker, and the second pressure cooker
vernisag
Well, this is with you, we are with this
Lerele
vernisag, yes, I saw the reviews
Taia
Somehow I do not trust the multicooker with control directly on the lid. I find this inconvenient and technically not entirely correct.
lana light
In, it also confuses when the controls are on the lid! I had Ourson 6002, so in some modes he poisoned steam from under the lid, it was all fogged up from one edge. The electronics are in the lid, but condensation will get there and something will come up there from moisture, it was very dumb.I tried to advance the O-ring, nothing changed. I gave it to the service, returned it twice, and finally returned the money.
Now I have Shteba DD2. It's just a MV and a pressure cooker and a slow cooker! On heating, the temperature changes from 30 * C to 80 * C in increments of one degree, you can also make sour milk sous-vide. And there is also a mode of languor +, on it the temperature changes from 80 * C to 150 * C, also in steps of 1 degree. That is, this is also a multi-cook! Modes are still eating meat, fish, vegetables, porridge, soup, frying, steam. I somehow had no luck in the Frying modes, I already have the fifth MV Shteba, but in all the previous ones it either overheated and turned off or there was a weak heating. And Stebik fries awesome !!! my Smartie!!
There are two large branches on our website, about the use and a bunch of recipes for every taste! Thanks to this, I was on fire to buy exactly Shtebik! And immediately fell in love with her! Such a nimble girl turned out to be! With her, everything turns out quickly! 6002 was also a pressure cooker, but at Shtebe it turns out faster! And it is very quiet, you can hardly hear how it works and lets off steam! And Ourson did it VERY loudly, I was already scared if at that moment I was in the kitchen. In short, I advise everyone to Shteba! By the way, you can cook with or without pressure.
I cooked soup, borscht, meat in my own juice, stews, casseroles, biscuit, very tasty bread turned out (tastier than in HP), cereals, compote, steamed vegetables ... Everything is fast and tasty!
Of course, this is just my personal opinion. But according to reviews, many also prefer Stebe over Panasonic, Redmond, Philip, etc.
There was a discount on Ozone and I got the Shteba for 4500r, and so the 5-liter in the basic configuration costs 6t. R. That is, at current prices, the average price! And the quality is very good and materials and workmanship! The fact that there was no smell at all when first used says a lot!

Well, my situation is one to one.))) You know, I noticed a long time ago that the owners of old Panasonic are quite self-sufficient individuals, they don't need to stop programs or a voice guide. They need to "press the button and get the result." Presumable and good. So, what am I talking about ... For some reason, it was just some kind of fad - the owners of Panasonic bought Shteba. There is a simple multi-cooker with a temperature setting from 30 degrees, excellent frying, a stainless steel pan (there is an option to buy others), excellent steaming in pressure cooker mode, excellent compotes for 1 minute a night (well, just incomparable with other cooking methods), normal cereals (non-escaping by definition, because the pressure cooker is mechanical), excellent broths / jellies and other delights of the pressure cooker.
There are no sensory programs, but it is very easy to adapt how many minutes to put on a particular dish (the minutes will depend on whether you open the lid immediately after the end or let it cool down by yourself).

In short, paired with Panas, they feel just fine! And even a grill lid for browning the tops of the bread can be placed directly in the cartoon - it is iron and will not melt.

This is because she does not let him down at all.) She just cools down and the pressure drops by itself.

Please advise a beginner the first multicooker in his life.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Volume not less than 4 liters;
2. A multicooker is necessary for the preparation of kefir (there must be a mode for low-temperature milk of 27-32 degrees Celsius) / stewing / cooking soups / milk and dairy-free cereals, steaming, cooking baby food;
3. It is desirable to have a high-quality bowl;
4. Not a pressure cooker (this is the next stage in mastering the technique);
5. Not induction.
I have almost made up my mind on the choice - this is Philips hd3197, but it suddenly disappeared from the official representatives.
I also like the Philips 3095, but is it too old? Maybe wait for a new product from Philips?
I'm also thinking about Cuckoo 1051, but it's pricey)

New items are not always better than their predecessors. It is better to take a proven model, for which there are many recipes on the forum. There are a lot of mistakes in native recipe books.

I'm sitting reading the same thing, watching videos, and in Panas, yellow porridge is being prepared for grandchildren - well, as if already squeaking for 40 minutes for everything, and here I watch milk for an hour twenty
And I will not get it until 22 programs are written, I see 15 and about 38 manual ones, they also screwed up, it was possible to write 200 - like on each program add one degree and one minute

Well, I'll figure it out, while only one inconvenience was visually noted - and the condensate will be stupidly in a circle in the Panas, then it will drain into the sump when the lid is lifted

In my Panasonic (10ke) porridge is cooked for an hour (it turns out a soup) and it costs another hour on heating, it swells. I do not understand how you get porridge in 40 minutes: cook 1: 3? and from 0.5 tbsp of cereals?
