Good day, I join the topic and share the recipes for Czech pastries. I really liked that the recipes are very simple, low-fat (there is no butter-margarine-sour cream in ordinary, everyday recipes), affordable, and very tasty. In pies, semi-coarse flour is always used (grinding type), but you can also bake it on a regular one. I often add 1/1 or 1/2 whole grain flour

Gingerbread cake.
Gingerbread cake
2 eggs, 1 glass of milk, 1 pack of gingerbread spices (I have ready-made, including cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, lemon peel), 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa, 1 cup shallow flour, 1 cup fine flour, 1 cup sugar (put less), 1/2 cup jam. Added baking powder.

Mix fine and medium coarse flour, cocoa, spices. Add egg, butter, milk, jam. Stir everything, pour into a mold, bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. You can then pour on top with chocolate or lemon icing.
