Ingredients

Dough:
Corn flour
or finely ground cereals
1 tbsp.
Milk or kefir 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Softened butter
or margarine for baking
125 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Baking powder / 1 tsp quench baking soda with citric acid (when using kefir, citric acid is not necessary) 1 sachet
Wheat flour
or chopping off
1 tbsp.
Any of the following creams:
Sour cream:
Sour cream 500 g
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp.
Vanillin
Coffee cream:
Yolks 6 pcs.
Granulated sugar 120 g
Chocolate 120 g
Black coffee 3 tbsp. l.
Curd cream:
Cottage cheese 250 g
Granulated sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Fruit sour jam / fruit puree 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest
Oil cream:
Butter 250 g
Condensed milk 1 can
Vanillin

1 glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Soak 1 glass of cornmeal or finely ground cereals for 3 hours in 1 glass of milk or kefir; Beat 2 eggs with 1 cup sugar and 125 g softened butter or margarine for baking. Add a bag of baking powder or a teaspoon of baking soda with citric acid or juice. Add 1 glass of wheat or bran flour to the resulting mass.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 1800C or 3750F. Then chill the biscuit and cut into cakes.
  • You can choose any cream for the cake, I will offer several:
  • Sour cream:
  • Beat sour cream with a mixer with granulated sugar, add vanillin.
  • Coffee cream:
  • Grind the yolks with granulated sugar white, add melted chocolate and 3 tablespoons of cold black coffee. (You can warm the cream in a water bath with constant stirring until thickened)
  • Curd cream:
  • Grind cottage cheese with granulated sugar, add grated lemon zest and 3 tablespoons of fruit sour jam or any fruit puree.
  • Oil cream:
  • Whisk softened butter with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, add vanillin.
