Ingredients

Boiled ham (any) 1-2 slices, sliced
Fresh avocado 1 PC.
Pickled cucumber (pickled) 1 PC.
Grilled chicken (thigh) 1 PC.
Persimmon fresh dense 1 PC.
Green onion taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Refueling
Thick sour cream 2-3 st. l. with top
Hot chili 6-8 rings
Horseradish table (creamy) 1-2 tsp
Grain mustard 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The ingredients are indicated approximately, your taste will correct the amount.
  • If you don't like the taste of sweet persimmons, you can replace it with a sweet and sour apple.
  • I cut all the ingredients into small pieces, sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice after cutting.
  • For the salad dressing, I mix all the ingredients and stir, taste.
  • Further, the salad can be arranged in two options:
  • 1. Put all the components of the salad in a salad bowl, fill with dressing and mix gently.
  • 2. I spread the salad in layers:
  • - persimmon below
  • - further up in layers, grilled chicken thigh, pickled cucumber, avocado, white ham, green onions.
  • Decorate with fruit on top, pour with dressing. So you need to serve it on the table, on salad leaves with fruits, lemon, olives.
  • I used in the recipe:
  • Pork loin ham in its own juice
  • Bitter pepper in olive oil

Very simple and fresh to taste salad! Nice sour cream dressing, not greasy and pleasant to taste
Such a salad can be prepared from the leftovers of ham and fruits, which, as a rule, remain after a festive feast.

If you like ginger more, you can substitute ginger for horseradish. It seemed to me appropriate to combine creamy horseradish with cucumbers. And in general, the taste of the salad and dressing is very democratic, pleasant and not at all greasy (like mayonnaise).
