velli, valentine, I have a standard recipe for a small bread machine, for 170 ml of water and 260 g of flour + a tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tsp of sugar, 0.75 tsp of salt and yeast each. I bake for one day. In the multicooker 0360, the bowl is wider, so with such a proportion of products, the bread is low. In Redmond 02 constantly rests against the lid and the crust comes out very hard. And here everything is right, I liked it very much.
Already eaten all
velli
Olgahow good it was that they answered my question! Thanks, I'll try to bake it, but tomorrow morning. I will knead the dough in the First dough mixer, I will not drive cotton for the sake of kneading a small amount of dough.
Omorale
and I have such a cottage cheese casserole at home goes with a bang!

Hello everyone! This cartoon has also been living with me for a week and I am very pleased with it!
this week she cooked milk porridge, cereals, pasta, soup, stewed meat, made curd casserole. everything turned out perfectly, there is nothing to complain about
unfortunately, I can't insert an external link here, and for some reason I don't even let the photo pass ((((I also created a theme on the multicooker and posted a photo with a description of the process.
I was today at a neighboring forum, at the same time I looked at the topic about our slow cooker. Omorale, so well you told everything there, you can write the same here. So far, no photos, well, that's okay. If I am not mistaken, after a few messages it will be possible to insert a photo. I'm sure your experience will be useful to us!
Omorale
I kind of found a way to insert a photo
Well, I'll try to drag it slowly.

this is my new product

Multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD

this is me preparing milk porridge. I like the way porridge is made in the pressure cooker mode more, so I cook on the "cereal" program. full cycle 30 min. everything comes out great!

1 liter of milk
1 mstak of cereal (except for oatmeal, you need a little more of it)
2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
sl. butter and other additives on the plate

Somehow recently there was a force majeure. had to quickly harp "ax soup".
I usually cook soup in pre-cooked broth, but now I threw everything raw. although I never do it, but to save time I had to .. and so .. took out a chicken thigh, decided to fry it a little. mother dear, how she fries! already squirt! the fat flew out of the bowl, I even had to cover it with a grease trap: shock: I looked into the instructions, the preset pace for frying was 160 s. in my Floris on the fry, too, this temperature, but the process there is much, much more modest.
So, I loaded the thigh, a couple of potatoes, onions, bell peppers and rice. The preset soup program is designed for 50 minutes, taking into account the pressure build-up. The pressure was built up in 17 minutes.
The soup is ready. I am very pleased with the result! Everything was cooked perfectly, not a single product was boiled in mashed potatoes, the potatoes are soft, the chicken is perfectly cooked, the broth is rich and beautiful, there is no foam at all!
The quantity is exactly what you need to eat a couple of times: good:
We eat only borscht and okroshka in large pots)))

Omorale, Thank you!
Marpl
Who else is thinking to take or not to take - take without hesitation for a long time. Very successful MV-SV. I also cook all the milk porridge on Krupa.
Rick
Yes, I remember you wrote. But I haven't tried it myself. The child is with my grandmother, but I still can't cook my hands)
Ofeliya
Omorale, thanks for such an extensive review! I was just thinking in what to cook pasta, like yours.
And today I made an omelet in it. For 4 eggs, multi-cook 20 minutes and 95 degrees. Very tasty and tender! Without photo. Phone discharged.
Omorale
You are welcome

I'll try to make an omelet too. and I liked the pasta even more! really differ from those cooked in the traditional way.

the only thing I don't like is the steamer. could not complete a normal basket (
it was so convenient to take out pastries with her! and anyway .. I don't like this one at all.
and for me personally, the plug is not conveniently located. Well, this is how everything is arranged in the kitchen. maybe someone and vice versa, it's convenient. as for me, it would be better if he was behind.
well, this is already so .., nitpicking)
Anna67
Omorale, apparently they think that the basket can only hang on the bowl, but in a pressure cooker it is impossible. I, too, are angry with the coasters, I use all sorts of improvised means such as deep fryer baskets and sieves. And they are already on the stand so as not to scratch the bottom.
Annutka
Omorale, and I had a casserole of two packs of cottage cheese 180g each. and it was not baked in an hour, added almost another hour.
Ofeliya
That said, done the macaros were cooked great.

I have already done it three times according to the same recipe, everything turns out great for exactly 1 hour on baking and I take it out. and it comes out of the bowl perfectly and the middle is completely ready.

bake casserole)))) according to my recipe
let's see how you do it
Anna67
Do you have the same cottage cheese? I've already stopped trying to make casseroles and cheesecakes. Why is there cottage cheese, pasteurized milk and that sour thing!
Omorale
I take the most common cottage cheese from the nearest store.
basically I take either all 4 packs of 5%, or 2 packs of 9% and fat-free.
with milk the same story. I take the simplest milk, ultra-pasteurized. it is in spec. film, in the store does not have time to sour, they disassemble.
Annutka
Omorale, yes, I did in this cartoon from the usual store, 5% cottage cheese.
Omorale
Here for clarity

raw curd

and ready, after exactly 1 hour (the top is, as expected, pale, but you can see on the scale to what level the mass has risen)

Well then, the curd really failed.
there is such cottage cheese .. too wet and when trying to heat treatment - it just floats. what's in it - xs. but I once came across one, bought it by weight on the market. I didn't take it anymore. the syrniki failed, I had to throw everything out (
Annutka
I'll have to try again, thanks for the photo.

Oh ok ))
yes, of course you can poke

I often cooked this cake in my old 5L cartoon. well, in the oven.
I have not tried it in the new one, I even wonder how it will turn out.

plum butter (or margarine) - 100 gr
any sour milk - I usually dispose of kefir or yogurt or sour cream (if you take sour cream, you need to dilute it with water or milk to a thinner consistency) or yogurt (like today) - 3/4 cup
sugar - 200 gr
eggs - 1 pc
soda - 1 tsp
citric acid - 1/2 tsp
vanillin - 1 pack
flour - 2 stack

Beat the egg with sugar, add sour milk, melted and cooled margarine (butter), soda, lim. to-that and beat everything well. Add flour and vanillin.
Grease the bowl with the drain. butter, put half of the dough. Next is the filling. Today I have fresh cherry + cinnamon. This pie goes well with apples, pears, raisins, peaches, apricots ... in general, whatever your heart desires.

OmoraleThank you for the photo of your cooked dishes! For some time now, I also began to cook macaros and they are much tastier than in water on the stove. And most importantly, no colander! Everything is simple and delicious! Curd casserole needs to be fried, only curd needs to be bought a good fat one. And one more thing: it annoys me every time I plug the cartoon into an outlet through an extension cord. It is uncomfortable for me that the plug is on the left and not on the right side and the cord stretches along the entire multi, bending around it from behind. But if she also did not cook well, she would have thrown her away without hesitation without regret! And she cooks just amazingly whatever you want. This is how she rehabilitates herself and all the inconveniences are forgotten and forgiven.
Omorale
and I wanted to fry something pies. I do them very, very rarely, and now, apparently, I came up again))
somehow I cooked potatoes + liver on baked goods in an old cartoon, it turned out super! I threw everything raw and after 20 minutes on baking I got such an excellent result. everything was so well steamed and toasted at the same time.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD Multicooker-pressure cooker Polaris PPC 1203AD

Yesterday I repeated this number in a new cartoon and did not pass
everything was cooked, but a lot of liquid remained, it practically did not evaporate and the final version turned out to be more stewed than baked (of course, I turned it on again, brought it to my mind a little, and just drained the excess liquid. but the fact itself ..
there are thoughts that this is due to another valve device. nevertheless, in an ordinary cartoon, it is twice as large and releases steam much more. but here, even with the valve open, this is not enough .. so I'm thinking how to adapt this recipe. maybe with an open lid - xz.
in short .. yesterday's "filling" was eaten for dinner, it turned out too tasty)))
and now I'm thinking about what to fry pies with)

The plug also annoys me terribly. very inconvenient ((well, they didn’t make it from the back or the right .. but oh well, there’s definitely nothing to be done about it.

I also have a socket on the other side of the plug. But it doesn't bother me. The main thing is that the length of the cord is enough to plug it into an outlet.

Good day.
Girls, has anyone already made yogurt in the cartoon?
I want to replace the little fillet (I'm tired of dancing with tambourines with porridge and yogurt) - with porridge, as I understand it, there are no problems with cooking.
Thank you.
Rick
Yes, there is no problem with porridge.
I don't remember anyone bragging about yogurt here. You can just fill in water and check if it keeps 40 degrees and does not overheat.
Gopher lightning
My film does not overheat (test showed 38.5). But yogurt doesn't work.
But on the same milk with the same sourdough - at the same time in the redmond cartoon - everything is ok.
Marpl
And I stopped making yogurt in MV altogether. Orson now sells a thermos in which the yoghurt is made himself without electricity, just hot water is poured. Now there is even an action - you take 10 different starter cultures, and a thermos is a gift. I bought the first thermos at WB for a promotion for 514 rubles, and received the second as a gift. Now I have one at home, the other in the country, and no electricity. The yoghurt is always excellent.

Orson now sells a thermos.

I’m probably crooked. in the fermintator from Orsik - the one that is 2103 ... only kvass and liqueur is obtained

but I look at the thermos. There is no more shelf space in the kitchen. But I still look hard.
Marpl
The thermos is cool, it's only big in height. I bought additional containers with lids of different colors for it. And now, by the color of the lids, I can distinguish between yogurt and kefir with sourdough. Very comfortably. Jars cost 89 rubles, they are sealed, convenient to take on the road, do not spill, checked.

not one, and not even two ... I will forget ... after a while - again in it ... and all the kefir turns out. Although the very first time it turned out perfectly.
But in 18 Panas and 70 Reddicks - practically no misfires. But they are always in a different job. and spices still smell already.
I took Filka that HD3134 / 00 exclusively for milk.

Girls, another question:
On the offside, the price of the cartoon is straight 6000, in Weidelbresse - 3200 - something like that just confuses the price two times lower than the official. Or nothing?
I only take clothes on Vaida, I am somehow afraid of equipment
Fotina
On offsite sites, the price is almost always higher than in the Internet and ordinary stores
Marpl
I take kitchen appliances to WB, free delivery to PO, the point is nearby. It's okay, you inspect the item before paying. The guarantee is also in order. I took an electric kettle from them, after 4 months it started to flow, and the money was returned. MV work fine and Polaris 1203 as well.
Rick
Quote: Gopher lightning

I took it here. Precisely because it is cheaper than others.
Why are you afraid?
Anna67
On WB, not always with a guarantee and returns for marriage, just judging by the reviews.
From the technique I have only the cheapest hair curling iron from there. But three thousand are also quite a comfortable price to spit on repairs - they died so died.

Girls, I am one, I can and should - poke

Well, if we proceed from the fact that in my cartoon Polaris Floris (one of the cheapest and easiest on the day of purchase) yogurt always turns out to be excellent, then we can safely hope that everything will be ok in this one too - the company has already been pumped well in this matter ... Judging by what I have already cooked in it, the ten is behaving quite adequately.

and I was afraid to take something on wb ((in general, I never bought anything there and was very surprised when I saw it there on the market.

Olga, a great charlotte came out! The biscuit rose perfectly
Is everything okay?
Ofeliya
Thank you, girls, charlotte is the most common, for 3 eggs. I pour the rest on the eye. Sugar is less than 1 multi-cup, flour is more than 1 mst., Until you like the dough. Sweetener, too, by eye, probably a teaspoon. She put the pastries for 50 minutes. Everything was baked perfectly.

At one time my son began to pick apples from a charlotte, like he doesn't eat that. So I stopped baking it. More than a year has probably passed ... Today I wanted just such a pie ... I'm sitting in the kitchen, chewing my son, happy, and screaming "Oh, pie!" cuts off a huge piece and devours it with pleasure, with all the apples. I ask "How is it?" Says "Tasty!" These are the ones who "don't eat"
