Ingredients

Kefir 500g.
Yolks 3 pcs.
Sugar 170g.
Vegetable oil 120g.
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Flour how much dough will take
To lubricate cookies:

Cooking method

  • Mix kefir with soda. Leave on for 10 minutes. Add yolks, sugar, butter, beat. Add flour in portions (the dough should not be very tight - a little softer than on dumplings).
  • Put the finished dough in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough into 0.7mm-1cm boards and cut cookies with any mold.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with paper. Brush with whipped egg whites, sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
