By the way, about the starch, the bonus turned out to be the right thing. In general, it is inexpensive, and I, not having my own crop, do not really bother with constant preparation, but then somehow I bought a pack and threw it out, like starch and not it, I specially went to the store and bought a pack again - I torn the pack right at the checkout - and he even feels different. In the store, the whole thing was tried at home, then the jelly from the first one I bought was made, but he was no ..... it swelled so much that everything had to get up with a stake, but no ..... and the whiteness does not pass, maybe they mixed with something. ... the term on the pack is good, so think about it ..... the first time I encountered this.
For the sake of interest, I took out my starch (how do I get a lot of potatoes, I do it, with a small amount, no) - the jelly took immediately as it should.

Marysya27, here is such a thing, potatoes are inexpensive, many do not buy them, although now we have taken potatoes - really tasty - a freezer to the eyeballs too ... three freezers ... but this recipe is convenient for those, then I cleaned it up and made a package for my mood and ready-came home from work or some guests threw and my head does not hurt, more importantly it is in the spring - the freezer empties, and the potatoes are not always so good, we do not have a cellar, we store them in not quite necessary conditions, I usually reject softer and I cook it in a bunch at once - and the potatoes last better and fries are constantly in the freezer
