Gingerbread (Scottish Gingerbread) classic

Ingredients

Flour 3.5 tbsp.
Beer 1 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Butter 210 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Molasses (applied molasses) 3/4 Art.
Ground ginger 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Carnation 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Raisins 0.5 tbsp.
Candied orange fruits 0.5 tbsp.
Chopped almonds 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Let the oil soften. Mix flour, spices and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, sugar and molasses thoroughly, then add eggs and beer. Combine the contents of two bowls and add raisins, almonds and candied fruits to the dough.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake at 165ºC on a greased baking sheet

I have been planning to make gingerbread cookies for a long time, but I found a recipe for gingerbread on the internet. Of course, I expected more, but perhaps if you use fresh ginger, the taste will be brighter. I offer a recipe for those who wish.
