This is one of my favorite honey drinks. I appreciate it for the fact that it cooks very quickly and is soaked in 2 hours. That's what I called it:

Honey cake "Moment"

Dough:
100 gr margarine,
2 table. spoons of liquid honey,
1 cup of sugar,
2 table. spoons of sour cream,
1 egg,
3 cups flour + 3 teaspoons spoons without a slide of baking powder.
For the whole sheet there are 3 cakes, in a frying pan (diameter 26-28 cm) 5 cakes.
Melt margarine and honey, add sugar, sour cream, egg, flour with baking powder. Knead and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Lightly grease baking paper with vegetable oil and roll out the cake directly on it. The oven is at a temperature of 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cakes are golden brown. They are soft when hot, and then harden. Keep the dough in the withers.
Cream:
Beat 800 grams of sour cream with 1 glass of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar.
Additives to the cream can be different: 1 cup chopped nuts or prunes, cut into pieces or lemon, rolled through a meat grinder or strawberries (cut into circles and put on top of the cream on each cake). This time I used tangerine-lime syrup (3 madarines and 1 lime without peel + sugar 1: 1 whipped with a blender). I just poured 2 tablespoons on top of the cream for each cake.

P.S. If you make a dough from the same products in a water bath, you get a completely different cake, but also very tasty.

I'm thinking, but you can probably "strengthen" it with cottage cheese in small quantities?

The only thing I made a "gag" in the sour cream was added prunes whipped with a blender into the gruel, unexpectedly the cream of a pleasant color turned out, the prunes thickened the cream a little and added spice to it. I hope you are not offended for copyright infringement.
