Interestingly, and in the cartoon how much does it bake? And can flour (wheat) be replaced with oatmeal flour?
lina
I was already thinking about replacing the flour, so I'll buy a zucchini - I'll try. And how many ovens are there in the cartoon - try it, and then tell others, because I still belong to the category of "thinking to buy"

My zucchini casserole also turned out in a large cartoon - to my great surprise, since, while doing something new for me, I am convinced in advance that nothing will come of it. For the first time, I left the wheat flour and generally tried to do everything strictly according to the instructions. Only now I had to do without greenery. She planed vegetables on a three-legged grater "Mulinex". First, I put it on baking for 20 minutes and got raw hot vegetables. The second time I put it on baking for 40 minutes, but turned it off after 25 - it was ready. That is, you need to bake for 45-50 minutes. To make the casserole easy to pull out of the multi, I lined the saucepan with baking paper (since my paper is not so hot - everything sticks to it without lubrication, greased with margarine) so that it reaches the top of the saucepan). In my opinion, it turned out delicious, however, I overdid it a little with pepper. Thanks to Lina for the recipe. (y) And that vegetable stew (where the base is zucchini) is already tired of me and the family. Next time I'll try to replace wheat flour with oatmeal. And tomorrow, if possible, I will post a photo of my culinary masterpiece.

Lydia, to your health! If you eat this, you can not bake it, but fry pancakes, it also turns out very tasty. And I also really like the mixture of Provencal herbs to add. Today I will cook another zucchini for myself for lunch, if you like it, I'll post the recipe later.
Lydia
lina, lay it out! The little that I know how to make from zucchini, both me and my family are sick and tired of it. And casserole is better than pancakes - my stomach (and my daughter's too) prefers a smaller fried one. However, you can also try the pancakes. But what I like about the casserole is that there is no need to stand over the "soul". I put a multi in a saucepan - and it gets ready. And smells soared around the apartment!
By the way, and Provencal herbs - in what form are they sold? Packaged in bags? And where can you buy them?
lina
It is a mixture of spices, sold in bags or grinders, where all the spices are. You can add any spices to your taste. And I also prefer less fried, the exception is pancakes))))

You prompted me with this temkoy to make one large zucchini pancakes in a slow cooker. I love zucchini pancakes, but I always have to fry them in oil, which is not good. Without hesitation, I undertook to translate what I wanted into reality:
- two zucchini a little more than average peeled and grated on a Soviet-style coarse grater, added salt and set aside until the liquid was released;
- took 3 eggs and separated the whites from the yolks, whipped the whites into a strong foam;
- poured the juice from the zucchini, added yolks, salt-pepper to taste, 2/3 cup semolina (glass 250 g), 1 tsp. baking powder and mixed everything;
- carefully introduced the whipped egg whites;
- put the whole mass into a multicooker bowl, oiled and sprinkled with semolina;
- Baking mode for 40 minutes, then held for another 10 minutes. on the Heating, opened it, waited until it cooled down and put it on a plate.

Yes, I wanted to add a couple more spoons of starch, but I forgot, and after baking I discovered that the casserole keeps its shape remarkably well and does not think to fall apart and blur.

It turned out very tasty and not overloaded with excess fat. With a spoonful of sour cream - the very thing!
Only to take a picture there is nothing left Until the evening a tiny piece survived))

Zest,! The idea to cook this casserole was pushed to me ... awesomely delicious pancakes, but frying pancakes for yourself - but for no reason! They are fatty .. So there was a casserole - "a big baked pancake". Next time I will also try to beat the whites separately.
Alexandra
Without yolks and starch at all, an excellent dietary dish will turn out, and instead of semolina, you can oatmeal, rye or coarse wheat flour

Let me complete the Raisin recipe!

Our family is terribly fond of cheese. We are all russula, so zucchini pancakes only go if there is a thick layer of grated cheese on top. Try it - it's very soulful!
Alexandra
In a cartoon, the cheese will brown better if you put it down. And then turn the casserole on a plate

And today I have created

large squash pancake
! True, without cheese - we ate cheese. There were not very many zucchini, so I took only 2 eggs. And I replaced semolina with oat flour. Actually, the "pancakes" were meant for my beloved dinner. But about 1/4 got it - half was eaten by the daughter, and the remaining half had to be shared with her husband. Now I'll have to try it with cheese. Well, as luck would have it - this year I have few zucchini on the site, but a lot of recipes! And to buy them - the toad strangles, because it is not used to doing it. It turns out that zucchini is delicious!
lina
"What if there are no zucchini or not enough, but you don't want to buy?" - you need to periodically visit those who have a good harvest for zucchini this season ... they have nowhere to go, they treat everyone ... and everyone is happy - some with zucchini, others have attached it to the business ... I bought only one zucchini - sooooo early. and so - endow ...

Lydia, has your family started to fall for zucchini?

Lydia, has your family started to fall for zucchini?

It looks like yes. 2nd wave of love for zucchini. The 1st was about 15 years ago, when they began to grow on the newly acquired plot. Until then, they depended on my mother's favors. Then ... Well, what did I cook with them then? Stew, stuffed. Then she began to preserve. Then I got tired of everything - probably because zucchini became too accessible - after all, we sometimes had up to 500 kg per season. And now the opposite picture, as I said: there are few zucchini, a lot of recipes. Besides, I now have some dietary restrictions.
