Elena_Kirschkern,
Helen, I am glad that the advice came in handy ... especially since the cartoon is the first and I want to get a decent result ...
Elena_Kirschkern
Galina, thanks))
I still have a question about milk .. I've been pouring it into the cartoon since the evening, shouldn't it turn sour in 6 hours? I use store milk. Maybe there are some tricks?

Please tell me how to cook peas? I did everything according to the prompts for program 6. When working at the soaking stage, the peas boiled and the foam climbed through the valve. Probably you didn't need to close the lid? I was forced to open the lid, it didn't boil for a long time and stopped, then I closed it again. Then she followed again the prompts. The peas are soaked well, then they cooked perfectly. But there was not enough liquid. Am I doing something wrong?

I cooked peas for two people, but it turned out as if for one. Prepared perfectly!

Good evening, members of the forum! For the last 2 years I have studied the topic of multi choice, I came across this model, I was already going to buy, and in the last messages users write that milk porridge on a delayed start does not work in it. Again, at a loss what to buy. You need a cartoon to cook milk porridge from oatmeal in whole milk of 3.2% fat, and cook on a delayed start without strong dilution with water. So I don't understand now whether this model will cope or not ?! Or should you take others? Now stadler form 5L, almost every time the porridge partially escapes ... there is no more strength

NatG, have you tried to make a rim of oil on the sides of the bowl? They say it helps. I cook porridge only in water, so, unfortunately, I can't tell you.
NatG
Oh, I also tried a rim made of oil and put a Redmont steamer on top, still part of it escapes, not so much, but still escaping :(

I have a recipe book in the kit. But I want to say that it is not at all acceptable. Recipes are not for us .... And in many recipes there is no specificity in the amount of ingredients. I look at recipes for other multicooker ..., but everywhere it is different. Apparently a lot depends on the program itself, which is present in a particular multicooker. I would like to ask those who cooked ordinary pilaf with meat. How much meat, how much rice, how much water ... And the whole sequence in time and according to the program.
I constantly cook milk porridge on the program №7 "Children's porridge" -4. I take milk with a fat content of 3.2%. I rub the bowl along the rim with a piece of butter. Nothing escapes. Rice and millet in the proportion: 1 cup of cereal, 3 cups of water and 3 cups of milk. I turn off the heating. I don't use the delayed start, but start the program before going to bed. The slow cooker will cook and turn off itself, and until the morning the porridge will also heat up. Receives 4 servings of puffed porridge!

Are buckwheat and rice soft? I have gastritis ... (((
anna_k
Buckwheat is steamed by default, I really liked it. And the rice, well, nothing special, but I cooked brown rice, it is rarely tasty
anneta21
Is buckwheat hard or soft?
anna_k
anneta21, soft, crumbly.
But there is of course the thought that in any steamer it will turn out like this)))
Ritusya
And who cooked the barley? And on which program?
Ritusya
Something no one wants to answer questions ..... They advertised the multicooker and everyone fell silent .... And so I would like to know a lot about how to cook on it .... Please respond, who else has it and who cooks on it ...

Hi)
Recently (as needed) I bought this slow cooker - I need cereals and stew / steam food))
There is still little experience, I cooked buckwheat - super! and stewed vegetables with chicken fillet - that's what you need !!
And for my husband I make cottage cheese casserole, it is very convenient, and most importantly it turns out delicious.
Products, however, I take by eye, it's more familiar.
She broke 2 eggs into a bowl, beat with a mixer; added 1/3 of a small glass of sugar, beat again; added 3 tablespoons of sour cream (yogurt, kefir, etc.) - whipped; now it's the turn of the cottage cheese (the most common from the store, 2 packs, about 400 grams, 5% fat), and again with a mixer; now a little semolina (a handful) and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder - the final run with a mixer. It turns out a rather liquid mass with obvious pieces of cottage cheese (I do not rub it, all the buzz is in pieces).
Now I rub the bowl below with butter, pour the mixture and put it in a slow cooker.
Program 14 (roasting), temperature 120, time - 1 hour 10-20 minutes. The first time I cooked on standard settings, the bottom was well fried (not burnt, but there was a crust).
Something like that.

Hello everyone!
Please respond, who cooked wheat porridge for a side dish. What program and temperature? I tried it on program 10 (Steamer, porridge), boils violently and crawls through the valve.
I cooked milk on program 7 (baby porridge), for 2 servings. It turned out not cooked, there was not enough time.

I decided to bake a curd casserole according to your recipe. Made the temperature 130 and 1 hour. The cut and bottom are excellent crust. But the casserole itself fell for some reason. Maybe from what I opened while cooking.
mongoosemeister
Ritusya, good afternoon.
I use the multicooker all the time. I cook milk porridge on "baby porridge", the third subroutine, millet - 1: 5, round rice - 1: 5.5, add two or two glasses of milk, add cold water to the rest. The program works out in 55 minutes, but the result is amazing - it boils down almost in a souffle. On the fourth routine, I like it less (the croup turns out harder), I haven't tried the first and second.

• There is a mistake in the instructions. When cooking buckwheat, on the multicooker itself, the icon of using the soaking nozzle is not displayed. The cooking process begins immediately.
• The problem is solved as follows: the steam supply valve must be closed during operation. Due to the fact that it is open, porridge and foam just climb over the top.
• If you want to turn off the beep, press and hold the button for 5 seconds. The icon will appear. Please note: the sound signals for the start and end of cooking cannot be turned off. To turn the beep back on, press and hold the button again for 5 seconds. The icon will disappear. The setting will be saved in memory.
• You can only cancel automatic keeping warm for the next cooking. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to cancel automatic storing heat. The device emits a long beep and the green light on the key goes out. If you want to turn on again
automatic heat preservation, press and hold the key again for 5 seconds. The green light comes on.
