Solne4naya, very correct! Dishes and vegetables can be washed in the bathroom, and a multicooker socket can be found in any room.
Shelena
Solne4naya, perfect solution!!!
Exactly a year ago, we also experienced a kitchen renovation, a change of furniture, etc. (then, what is still ahead of you) How did the cartoons help out !!! They and the airfryer made the family's life quite normal for the time of emergency. They also fed the builders ...
I am sure you will also appreciate the CF and you will not regret spending it. And what model to buy - decide for yourself. Happy choice!

I have such a question, in the 37501 model, the croup mode is also not touch-sensitive, but automatic only in time, as in 37502? That is, if you shift the water, it will turn out to be racy, and not like in Panasonic?
Elena Br
In the Brand 37501 multicooker, the Rice and Buckwheat modes are touch-sensitive. That is, if you pour more water than necessary, the program will run until the water evaporates, and for an hour or two.
Scheherazade
Elena, my question is: in the coating of the bowl 37501 and 37502 there is clearly no PTFA, and PTFE is present in 37501, and is completely absent in 37502? I have nothing against PTFE, but I would like to know, since now they make ceramic coatings with PTFE, and your composition is classified, so it's not clear.

Today I finally became the owner of the magic multicooker 37501.
Pilaf and Borscht have already been prepared - everything is great! True, I had to dance a little over Borsch, bring it to mind, but this is more likely due to a lack of skill.
Now I have put in the yogurt, and at night I will load everything for the morning porridge. I can not stop
I cook like crazy, I want to try everything at once)))))

The only question arose about the valve ... Firstly, it is completely unclear in the instructions how it is inserted and removed. What is meant by the word "cursor"? It can be understood in two ways ... Apparently, I misunderstood - a small piece of some thin plastic partition broke off inside the valve.
Is it critical?
What is it for at all? When should it be open and when should it be closed? There is not a word about this in the instructions ...
Manna
Sunny, congratulations on your purchase

The valve can be easily removed in the open position. They take it out for cleaning.

In the position turned clockwise until it stops, the valve must be located the rest of the time - otherwise it will simply fall out when the lid is opened.

Well, the entire valve can be removed simply by pulling it up. I don't know how clearly I explained

Here is the removed "cap" of the valve
Multicooker Brand

Here is the valve completely removed and disassembled

But the valve is in the working (closed position)

When using the multicooker, the valve must be in place in the lid. The open lock icon does not indicate the opening or closing of the valve. This symbol should only be used when disassembling and assembling the valve for cleaning. Therefore, in the instructions, the icon is mentioned only in the "Multicooker maintenance" section.
Breakage of the partition will not affect the operation of the multicooker, so place the valve in the lid of the multicooker and press down slightly. The multicooker is ready to go.
The design of the valve allows you to cook food with the formation of low pressure, reducing the cooking time and preserving the useful properties of the products.

Good day to all! Alas, but just in case, I decided to duplicate my message from the next forum thread in this thread, since my question is probably more to the Brand representatives on the forum ... A little before the story ... I'm still without multi, but as soon as I come from I will definitely buy business trips, especially since after much tossing and studying the forum and reviews, a choice was made in favor of Brand 37501 and only him (I will change my choice only in favor of 501)! The question is what, or rather, there will be two ... And so, 1 - when the release of Brand 501 cartoons on our kitchens is approximately expected, 2 - are our expensive Brand hatching plans for the release of a small-volume multicooker, about 1.5-2 liters (i.e. less than 3 liters)? Why am I asking, because I myself am looking for something similar, a kind of travel option for use on business trips ... After visiting a huge number of sites, forums, studying reviews (in general, I did a kind of statistical research) ... the demand for such cartoons is great, but there are not many of them, and the quality (especially the saucepans) leaves much to be desired ... But if Brand is expecting something, then I would wait ...
Elena Br
The Brand 502 multicooker will go on sale the other day, but the 501 will most likely be in the spring.
The company plans to produce a small-volume multicooker, but work in this direction is not yet carried out.

Hello. The more I read the forum, the more I become thoughtful I bought myself a cartoon 37502, or maybe it should have been 37501. Apparently, most people prefer 37501. This can be seen from the reviews in the forum and the number of recipes. And in my 37502, the bottom is unevenly baked on the baking - I'm already sick of it.
Elena Br
I have both models. Most often I cook at 37502, and baked goods too. And in 37501 I mostly fry.
If your pastries are burning, I recommend reducing the cooking time.

And in my 37502, the bottom is unevenly baked on the baking - I'm already sick of it.
If there is a large amount of dough and it is sweet and moist (this is usually done for muffins), then it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to bake. and more. Then the bottom turns out to be darkish and can stick due to the same sugar and humidity. If you put less dough (200 grams of flour), then baking for 1 hour is enough. and the bottom is not baked. This is understandable, even in the oven, the more we bake and the sweeter the dough, the darker the crust.
I always put a non-stick mug on the bottom, just in case, it won't get any worse.
tanya28
Yes, that's all right. But my pastry does not burn, but is baked unevenly. Fried the cutlets - so the cutlet that is closer to the back wall has already fried well, and the rest are completely pale. You can't put paper under them.

And tell me, please, if the pie is not baked for the time specified in the recipe, is it better to add the time at the same temperature or set it for the same time, but increase the temperature so that the bottom does not burn and the middle is baked? I baked "Zebra" from the recipe book for my CF, and on the advice of the girls set it to 150 gr. for 1 hour. The middle was damp. Apparently, the dough turned out thinner than that of the girls. And before that, the charlotte was not baked, but I make it on kefir, the dough turns out to be liquid. So I had this question.
And in your post, what mode do you mean with what temperature? I have MB 37501.
Elena Bo
If it is not baked within the set time, add another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
Rick
I did it.And when next time I will bake, also add time at the same temperature? I apologize if the question seems silly
Elena Bo
Yes, we always add time without changing the temperature.
Rick
Today I baked "Zebra" according to the recipe from the book for MB 37501. The last time I almost baked it. Today I bet 20 minutes more than last time, and everything is baked! thanks for the advice
poglazowa2011
Tell me, which bowl is suitable for the Brand 37501 multicooker? "Native" can not be bought anywhere. Help!
Manna
In the summer there will be a supply of bowls and other accessories. And it's better not to use other people's bowls.
LanaS
good evening!
cartoon arrived.
yogurt turned out with a bang! just wonderful! they ate everything, they didn't even leave the next leaven.
and the broth was cooked delicious.
and with the rest, I'm still not very good at cooking in the cartoon, though she is my first and I have no experience yet
maybe it's the valve. Tell me what is the correct valve position?
Manna
I didn't understand something, but what does the position of the valve have to do with cooking in a multicooker?
The open / closed position of the valve is related to cleaning. In the "open" position, it can be removed and washed. In the same position, it will fall out when the lid is opened. The working position of the valve is in the photo from the link with the message above.

small question about the valve in 37501.
In order to rinse it, it is enough to unscrew the "top cap"? Does the second part of the valve remain in the multi lid and is it enough to wipe it or is it somehow also removed?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
LanaS, pull by grasping the notch. If it doesn't go right away, use a little more force.
LanaS
Thank you! I didn’t want to use force, I was afraid to break.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
There is absolutely nothing to break. But the gum under the valve really needs to be wiped so that the smells do not stagnate.
LanaS
I really need help.
trying to stew meat - a slice of beef with prunes. I took the recipe from Panasonic

at the beginning the meat is fried, then we mix - sour cream, adjika, prunes, onion, salt, pepper. Then in this sauce it is suggested to stew in Panasonic.

I tried to repeat in my cartoon.
in the "quenching" mode, there is a frank boil. on manual 80 degrees - nothing happens for 2 hours.
how to stew meat in this cartoon?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
On the extinguishing mode, though. But compared to Panas, the time spent will be less.
LanaS
all the same, boiling and stewing are different processes.
It turns out that it is impossible to stew meat in this cartoon. very sorry.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
In the Extinguishing mode, first, it heats up to 100 gr., Therefore it boils. And then the temperature will drop and the boiling will stop. Will only slightly "whisper".

Do you have a Panasonic? Do you think there is no boil on the "stew"? I can assure you - very much indeed! At the beginning of the process (well, when it gets hot, of course).
I think that this program works in a similar way in other MVs. Nevertheless, the product must be boiled first, at least for hygienic reasons.
Well, or already pasteurize - but it takes much longer.
How did you stew on the stove? I always brought it to a boil, then reduced the heat to quiet gurgles.
In Orson, the temperature at the beginning is over 100 degrees, too.

I have Brand 37501, bought a week ago.
Interestingly, this regime has changed in a year and a half?
please teach me how to extinguish in this cartoon. A small piece of meat is desirable.

on the stove, I reduced the heat-temperature to very very quiet gurgles, while there was always not a lot of liquid (sauce).
Luysia
I like to cook meat like this: fry a little on the Fry mode, then add pepper, salt and simmer on the Stew mode until tender. So I cook meat in small pieces and in a large piece.

I did not notice a fundamental difference in the operation of the Quenching modes in a multi-cooker Panasonic and Brand 37501.

boils strongly all the time while the meat is stewing?
Vasilica
I have "extinguishing" the most popular mode. Basically I cook soups.
I like very much to lay down different meat and vegetables for stewing, I don't add water, juice and so much is released.

A couple of times I made a stew, 1-1.5 pieces of meat just pieces without oil, without water, only spices and salt.
Rick
Here here cooked potatoes with stewed beef.

The sauce can be added to taste. You can do without it.

Here is the meat without any sauce, without adding water. True, on the languish mode, but simply on the quench it will not be worse.

3. Pork stewed in its own juice

After 7 hours of Simmering mode, open the lid:

Multicooker Brand
The pieces of meat turned out to be completely soft, but they did not divide into fibers, and all remained intact. The meat is very juicy, although it was very lean. Remained meat juice (did not evaporate during the simmering), which after the refrigerator turned into a transparent jelly with a small layer of fat on top.

It should also be noted the special AROMA OF MEAT, namely meat, not spices (there was only black peppercorns, two lavrushkas and salt).

And here is the meat in a large piece:

Thanks, I was pointed out on this topic.
And then I wrote in each separate temka for different multicooker.

Please tell me the fundamental difference between models 37502, 502 and 37501, 501 (if you really find it).
And 501 will no longer be released?
Is there an add. bowls and plates for all these models? Which ones are suitable?
I'm interested in:
- multi-cook (preferably with 30gr)
-switching off heating in advance
-depayment
-desirable non-stick bowl, not ceramic, or so that you can put another non-stick or steel there, which is even better.
-so that milk porridges do not run away and turn out well
I plan to cook everything!
Porridge, casseroles, meats, stews, soups, etc., etc.

I spent a long time between MV and SK, chose SK - Brand 6051, decided to wait for the silver one, for the design of the kitchen and all the equipment on it.
And now, sitting on the forums, waiting for the UK, somehow I urgently realized that I also need MV))))) My husband really looks at me as if I was insane and was not very happy!
Considering, maybe it doesn't matter, that I want to buy Brand 6051 as a pressure cooker, which model would you recommend as a multicooker.
I've been sitting here on the forums for a long time, looked at different branches and still returned to Brand when choosing MV.
Nevushka
helgoncha IMHO, if there is 6051 there is no point in a multicooker, it is better to take another 6051
eva10
helgoncha [, I totally agree with Nevushka... Start over with Brand 6051. only, if possible, immediately buy a spare bowl and ring. I have MV Panasonic for seven years. At one time it was worn all over Moscow to buy it. Now I cook only steamed vegetables and fish in it, because there is no spare ring.I don't want the milk porridge to smell like fish later. Although, now Brand should have a new little cartoon for 3 liters. They write that you can make sour cream, kefir, yogurt in it. And cook in small portions. Here I would like to have it. Yes, and to my question about Brand and Stebe, see the answer in the topic on choosing pressure cookers.
helgoncha
but just now it began to seem to me that because I had never had any such equipment, it might be easier to start with MV, well, almost immediately buy an SC, after all, a different principle, I want to look in and correct to be able to do something then in the UK, something in the MV.
When I was just starting to choose, to read, it was the girls who told me that I needed both.
And now I have not yet bought one, already matured that I probably need both.
I was still loafing about what to take 502
helgoncha
I understand correctly that 501 has been discontinued, but by the way why? Isn't it just released recently? and you can't find it on sale?
is there manual mode and heating off only in the 502nd?
I am confused about it only by a ceramic bowl, can I buy some other one for it? is there a spare plate for it?
and the temperature is low for frying unlike 37501.

Discontinued 37501.
501 and did not exist in nature. There were only developments.
The Povos plant, after being bought out by Phillips, refused Brandy to produce 37501. And did not let the 501 multi-cooker start production.

There is a manual mode in 37501. But it has different settings than in 502. And heating is turned off only in 502.

37501 was discontinued with the purchase of the plant by another company. Because, unfortunately, it has been discontinued.
Manual mode consists of 5 programmable steps. Each stage you can adjust and set the desired temperature and cooking time.
There is a heating shutdown and it turns off at any time during cooking. TE You forgot to cancel the heating at the start of the program, you can cancel it later or, on the contrary, switch it on, but without canceling the already running program.
At the moment, only a ceramic analog bowl is available for the 502. From my own experience, I will say that it is ideal for yogurt, if you cook it in a bowl and for frying meat, because it requires a small amount of oil, I pour a tablespoon for frying, and if the mso is fatty, maybe just a teaspoon.
A spare removable plate is currently available.
The temperature is really lower than in 37501 and it takes a little longer to fry something.
