Good day to all!

First, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who maintains this thread on the site - nice to read!

Well, now about our rams multicooker.

My first saucepan, Brand 37500 new, has been with me for almost a year. I am very satisfied, despite some confusion in the modes. I found only two annoying drawbacks: the first was a sticky coating on the pan, but apparently it was only my pan that was like that (I even posted a photo on a "slow cooker"), no one else complained, the second - a sticker with modes glued crooked and with bubbles ...

Before the New Year, I looked here on the forum in the Brand section and was surprised to find that there are as many as two new models that the multi has fallen in love with. I decided to take 37501 as the second multicooker, but apparently, until "fate" - the pots were not in the warehouse, then they began to attract the updated version. Well, if I have decided something, then I will definitely drink I'll do it anyway. I ordered 37502 instead of the 500th. She arrived yesterday by a transport company. First impressions - the twin brother of my pan, only new. What pleased me right away in this model - the milk DOES NOT RUN! With the pan, too, it seems so far everything is fine - it does not stick. Oh, and more ... I completely forgot! There is absolutely no smell even in the new multi - the wires do not smell, the silicone gasket does not smell at all (even with lemon it did not boil), unlike the 500th, which smelled vigorously of chemistry for two weeks. I haven't really cooked anything yet - everything is busy with yogurt, but I think the saucepan will not disappoint me. Thanks to the manufacturers for the improvement work they have done!

Py. sy. The only thing that upset me a little was the sticker with the modes again. On a new saucepan, it seems to be glued exactly in a new way, and does not fall off anywhere, but now there are some spots inside. Dear comrades from Brand, well, somehow influence these Chinese workers, why are they so persistently spoiling the face of our miracle pot.

Now I'm looking forward to the burgundy 501.

Good day everyone! I want to tell you my experience of using the multicooker 501 model. I want to say right away that I am not an experienced hostess and I want no negativity! I gave myself a multivarka for the new year after 2 months, 2 small dots appeared on it (if the marriage or the bones from the soup were so cleverly scratched, I don't know). Now my slow cooker has other scratches for almost six months, I suspect that now from the fish, I noticed them after I cooked the fish. I admit that I do not use the spatulas from the kit, but Teflon ones (black plastic, probably), because those spatulas and a spoon are extremely inconvenient to use, they resemble toy ones and you can't pour soup like that, and we don't sell silicone ones (I live in a small town and found only a spatula there is no spoon and ladle, I went around all the shops). I want to ask if anyone else had scratches? What is the probability that this is due to devices not from the kit (I just want to order an additional bowl). or is the coating really so delicate?
I am waiting for your opinion, I will insert a photo if necessary

Something you duplicated your message in two topics ...
There I already wrote to you that I only use silicone spatulas. In my opinion, the attached shoulder blades are harsh. Although, girls use them (especially a spoon). I haven't heard any complaints. And the coating was scratched most likely from the bones (however, I also wrote this in another topic).

I remembered ... at the dacha in another cartoon I use a black (for non-stick coatings) ladle. I don't know how it would be with a spatula, but the ladle seemed to me quite suitable for multicooker bowls.
Psichika
I specifically wrote in two topics, here for those who choose between the two models to read to take into account that the coating of this bowl can be scratched, about 502 it seems to me that it will be more difficult to scratch ceramics with bones (although I may be wrong). Thank you for responding

Maybe so ... But it seems to me that it is simply less noticeable on black ... Although, of course, I cannot say with certainty, since I cannot compare - I only have 501.

Although ... if you rely on the reviews of 502 users, then the coverage of their bowls is really flawless

Questions to representatives of Brand.

1. Where and why did mv 37501 disappear from the sale? The one with a multi-cook (manual). And also how long disappeared?
2. Is it possible to fry frying for soup, etc. in 37502 (where there is no frying, but there are pastries)?
3. Is a recipe book entitled as recipes not for brand multicooker, but for 37501 suitable for her?

And a question for the users of these MVs:

How much multi-cook is needed?
Psichika
Nobody will tell you for sure whether you need a multi-cook, it depends on the person. The girls actively bake pastries on it, setting 150 degrees, for example, I have never used it, I have been using it for six months
, I bake on baked goods ... if you like experiments, then perhaps it is desirable, you like to cook simple dishes, then you can do without it so many modes

I'm not a Brand representative, but I can answer ...

1. It's just that the first batch of 37501 is over. In May-June, the next one will appear in two colors (cherry and champagne) and with changes in the configuration: instead of silicone potholders, two steamers and a book with recipes.
2. I don't have 37502, but the girls fry in it at the "Pastry".
3. By and large, any (almost any) recipe can be adapted to any multicooker. When it comes to a recipe book for a specific model, then it simply indicates one or another mode that is used in the manufacture of a particular dish. But, as I said, everything can be adjusted.

I use the manual mode. As already mentioned, baked goods for 150aboutC, pasta for 100 or 120aboutFROM, defrost 40aboutC -> 60aboutWell, and so on.
Elena Br
Yes that's right. Thanks manna. Just add something.
- The arrival of the multicooker 37501 is expected in late June in cherry color, and in early July in champagne color.
- You can fry vegetables for soup in a multicooker 37502 on the "bake" and "reheat" mode.

it is impossible, she (Brandovskaya) is higher, her coverage is better and it is heavier. I wrote, now I don't remember exactly, but they have a difference in weight of 150 grams somewhere. At Brand you can buy a pan for Panas, but much cheaper and better in quality. Panasovskaya a year ago cost 2200r, and Brandovskaya for Panas was something in the region of 900!

The bowls of these multicooker do not fit together, the lids will not close.

The Brand multicooker bowl is definitely better in quality and durability of the inner coating.

I took such a cup - NO complaints! I am very satisfied, I use it constantly, the coverage is better than in my native Panas.

Hello, dear forum users! For the fourth day now I have been trying to shove through topics on the Brand's multicooker! I have been trying to decide on the choice of such a device for a month now, but still have not decided on the choice. I've never had any experience cooking with cartoons, so it's hard to figure out what I might need and what I might not. I have four children and I want to shorten the cooking time, it is necessary that the porridges cook perfectly, since, to be honest, I do not shine with the ability to cook them on the stove.Did I understand correctly that there is no high pressure mode in these cartoons? or is there? After all, it is he who shortens the cooking time? My friend has a high pressure mulinex, but doesn't have much of what the models described here have. I envy the white envy of those of you who have not a single such housekeeper, thereby the opportunity to cover the largest number of functions, but, unfortunately, I'm afraid I can't afford to buy several models, so I need to choose my one-piece as correctly as possible. Help me please!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
julka76, welcome to the forum! In the brand line of multicooker there is also a high pressure pressure cooker, this Electric pressure cooker Brand 6050 .
But even if you just choose a Brand multicooker, regardless of the model, you will not be disappointed.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @Thank you for your feedback and welcome on the forum. Now I feel I will settle here as far as possible. Children don't leave much time. But I've already seen recipes for a bread machine. So far, I have managed with those in the instructions, but I want to try something new, and then, when I buy a multicooker, I will adopt the recipes for it. Now, I am just reading about this pressure cooker, and how did you realize that you were one of the first to test it, were you not disappointed? There are 100 pages in the topic, and I only have 10

Both models of the multicooker will arrive at about the same time, since the testing took place at the same time. We are working hard to keep the updated models arriving in December.
julka76, my opinion is the multicooker 37501. And if someday there is an opportunity to purchase a second miracle device, then you can think about a pressure cooker.

Elena, thanks for your advice, but only yesterday they brought me a pressure cooker. We already corresponded with you on the topic about 6050 about the warranty card, remember, while I'm very happy and already thinking about the multi-cooker, you still need such an assistant to the dacha, don't carry it back and forth And apparently, I will focus on the multicooker of your company

Good evening!
Please tell me where you can find temperatures and stages (if any) of the Brand 6050 multicooker-pressure cooker modes?
Do I understand correctly that, like multicooker, the pressure cooker maintains a certain temperature for each mode?
Thus, the temperatures of all modes of the pressure cooker are higher than the temperatures of similar modes in the multicooker (or are they just the same just the pressure cooker cooks faster due to pressure)?
Choco
Quote: Elena Bo

Cooking faster with pressure.

That is, the temperatures of the pressure cooker modes are about the same as the temperatures of similar multicooker modes?

And I can ask you ... As the owner of both devices, which one do you use more? Which one do you like more? I'm interested in exactly the TASTE of the dish, convenience, functionality - the speed of a special role does not play, of course, I read that it is desirable to have EVERYTHING, but for now (I hope and later) I can do with one thing)))

Thank you!!!
Elena Br
The cooking time in the pressure cooker is really reduced by the high pressure.
We do not have information on temperature values for modes operating under pressure. And in the Frying mode, the temperature, depending on the additional settings, changes in the range of 120-180 degrees.

Girls, today I phoned the service center, they told me that the 3-liter MV Supra 4531 cannot be repaired again, they offer 2 options: exchange for a new one or issue a refund. I bought it through an online store with home delivery. I'll probably choose money ...

Now there is an opportunity (just a few days!) To take in Moscow for a replacement multicooker from Brand. Tell me what is in stock at the moment?
Basic requirement: volume 2.5-4 liters. If there is none ... well, I don’t know ... or I’m waiting for news to NG, or in case of a completely hopeless situation, I take Panas-10. I really want a small multicooker (preferably at least 600 W) to bake small muffins and cook porridge from 1 glass of cereal. Thank you in advance!

It is recommended to bake in this model on the Standard mode, and to cook soup - on the Stew mode.

In the instructions, we say that it is forbidden to use the bowl for cooking outside the multicooker, and also not to heat it on a hotplate or other source of heat.
You could ruin the bowl cover!

Oca , I will be waiting for your comments about the new assistant and new recipes.
Thank you for choosing the Brand multicooker.

I can't help but comment, it sounds like I'm pregnant with her. Although, yes, I can't wait to see her appear. But for some reason, the timing of MV's arrival in Krasnodar has now been postponed. Better ask other members of the forum who already have this model Multicooker Brand 37300 (small)

They brought a multicooker! Beautiful

I put the baked goods on the Standard mode: 3 eggs, a glass of yogurt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/5 pack of margarine, flour + soda. I'm afraid I made a thin dough, but I'll find out soon. I did not grease the saucepan.

Baked. It was baked well, but not enough sugar and flour. And so nothing - tender and perforated turned out. The only thing I don’t understand is why the MV beeps 2 times, I only resort to the first squeak, and the second signal I’ll just pass my ears. And now, after 1 hour 10 minutes, it was heated. The cake itself did not fall out, I had to dig it up with a spatula, then it fell out, leaving only a thin layer of microcrumbs on the walls of the bowl.

Dear members of the forum and representatives of Brand, please help a newbie to choose his first MB. Until I realized one thing that I want to take is Brand: the service is cool, and the reviews about all the models are excellent. But I can't decide on a specific model. I choose only from large MV (at least 4 liters). By design, I like 6050 most of all, But it's embarrassing that it's still a pressure cooker, and I don't know how to use multi-cookers yet ...
Can I handle her? And is it possible to somehow contrive to cook yoghurts in it? Or is it better not to fool yourself and take 37502?
Manna
Sunny, 6050 cooks under pressure, without pressure you can only fry and bake. That is, you will not be able to add something, stir, etc. during the cooking process. That is, if you have not yet developed an automatic cooking mode for dishes, and you need to look after them, then I would recommend a multicooker ( but 37501 or 37502 depends on whether your menu includes fried or not - max.temperature for 37501 - 180aboutC, and for 37502 - 120-130aboutFROM). If you cook like this: threw in everything that is necessary, and are sure of the result, then your choice is a pressure cooker. Especially if it is also important for you that all this be fast.
Oca
Solne4naya, on the forum there are many people who bought a pressure cooker in a pair of a multicooker Or, like me, they first started a large multicooker, and then a small one to help her. The realization of what will be the next purchase comes after several weeks of using the first electric pot. Each family's menu is unique.
Solne4naya
Of course, I don't argue! But you need to understand where to start.
* In a whisper * I hope that I will choose the only MB and will not want to buy any more. It's a pity for places in the kitchen, I like space.
Oca
Secretly, I thought so too ... and do not forget to immediately order a second pan for the selected model (and buy silicone spatulas - in order to preserve the non-stick coating for a long time). Believe me, this is very convenient! Especially when the multicooker is alone

Solne4naya, I would advise you to start with a multicooker. In my opinion, cooking in it is easier and more familiar (more like cooking in a saucepan on the stove). It is difficult to spoil something, you can always adjust the cooking (add something, mix something, turn it off earlier, etc.). With a pressure cooker, it's all the more complicated. While she releases the pressure, food can be overcooked. That is, you will have to cook according to recipes for the first time! And in a multicooker after 2-3rd cooking you can easily make your favorite dishes.

"* In a whisper * I hope that I will choose the only MB and I will not want to buy any more. It is a pity for the places in the kitchen, I love the space."

It seems to me, all they hoped for it, but then such excitement appears that it is almost impossible to stop - electric cookers in the kitchen "multiply".
Solne4naya
Thank you all for your answers and comments! Choice problem solved. Obviously it will be Brand 37501.

By the way, until yesterday, the following sequence seemed most logical to me:
1.to make kitchen renovations (starting from 05/11)
2. assemble the furniture
3.connect built-in appliances
4.Pamper yourself with the purchase of CF

And now I understand that you need to buy a CF BEFORE starting the repair. After all, those 2 weeks, while there is no kitchen, it will be possible to cook without hellish torment without harming the stomachs of my beloved people
