2. Regular sour cream 20℅ turns out great, but the fatter, the more creamy the cream. So maybe it will be better with oily water, but maybe not ... in low-fat water, it will soak more better.
3. I usually do not store, but with such ingredients nothing will be done to him in the refrigerator for a day or two.
