Buns with sunflower oil and kefir

Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Ryazhenka (kefir)
(can be diluted with water,
but liquids - no more than 250 ml!)
250 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 125 ml
Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.
Honey 1 ordinary art. l.
Cognac 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • By the way, honey and cognac can be removed from the recipe, if not, it's also delicious, but then you need to add a couple of tablespoons of sugar.

  • Everything is as usual - I mix the liquid components in a measuring glass, pour it into a bucket, and then flour and everything else. Dough mode. After that, in the refrigerator for a day and you can sculpt anything. Then tighten the products with foil and leave to come up for 40 minutes.

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 175 degrees.

Note

I want to share a recipe that I absolutely love! I bake with a variety of fillings - poppy seeds, raisins, apples, etc. The recipe is, as they say, "mine" :) Maybe someone else will like it. Very easy to cook, but delicious!
Try it, you should like it :) My father-in-law, who knows a lot about baking, praised me for a very long time (he certainly would not flatter me!). After taking a bite, he asked, "Are these factory buns?"

Ta_pa, thanks for the recipe. True, the buns are plump. Is that how it should be?
Ta_pa
Lor7ik, to your health! But I don't quite understand what plump means :) Didn't fit?

I really like recipes when you knead the dough and bake it later, in this case in a day.
And, in general, after what is the earliest time you can bake and what is the latest time. That is, nothing if the dough forgives in the refrigerator for 2-3 days?

Will the curd filling go here?
Ta_pa
Wildebeest, I have not tried to keep the dough in the refrigerator for more than a day. But the earliest time is to bake right away, it also turns out well :)

any filling is suitable, but not very liquid. Recently I love it with apple jam :)

So any favorite jam will do just fine.

They came up quite a bit. Can proving time give more?

Now in stores they sell a wide variety of jams by weight, so they don't spread. I liked the taste.

Try it. I noticed that if I forget the dough in HP, it fits well. He doesn't have enough time for the standard regime, I guess.
I keep trying to adapt this dough for pies with savory filling, until it comes out - the dough also almost does not fit. But initially the recipe was just for "salty" pies :) But there were no problems with sweets yet, and I bake very often - they demand!)))
