In short, I want to find a smaller size and volume and also easy to clean.

Theoretically, a bowl for 1 liter of oil, but in reality it is much less - about 800 ml, a 900-ml bottle did not enter completely to the max mark. A small basket with a removable handle contained not so few potatoes as I feared. On our appetite - mine and the child - to eat from the heart alone. The portion cooks in about 10-12 minutes as instructed. Made for the first time from purchased frozen fries, two portions in a row, then poured the slightly cooled butter through a strainer into a jar, let him wait for the New Year. I know that it is not supposed to, but nevertheless I added a little that was not used yet, because buying a new bottle - the toad crushes, and the oil after two preparations became less than the "min" mark. She wiped off the bowl with paper towels and a damp cloth. For the time being, I am as happy as an elephant - the device is small, does not smoke, cooks deliciously, if only it lasts longer.
