Pork shoulder skewers ... I think the problem is in the meat - the store meat. Dry and tasteless. It immediately began to flow.
The shrimps are super awesome!

My findings.
For me - so low-power device. I don't know ... But somehow I prefer the faster technique - I'm more comfortable with it.
For meat, you need to warm up the device well. At least 10 minutes. I warmed up 5 - not enough.
Do not apply the product over the "that-that-that-Irishka-clean" (metal spare part, from which the lower ten grows). Otherwise, the thing is dirty, and the meat is not baked over it.
When the timer counts down the last 5 minutes, my meat is not baked, but cooked. Run the go-around timer more often.
Cut the pieces about 1-1.5 cm thick, thicker may not fry, and thinner may not shave.
Apply the product directly over the shadows. The edges are fried worse.
