here this moment interested. Do the cutlets have time to fry? dry and stick to the bottom?
I make kebabs right on the grill of a similar grill. It’s as if it’s cooked on fire and the ribs are great too!

Rita, the kebab is magic!

Mirabel, everything has time to fry, the mass of the cutlet is small, although you can dry it if you overexpose it. I experiment with vegetable additives, make the minced meat thin and put it in the molds with a spoon. Sometimes it happens that the edge of the upper edge is fried during a violent boil, but time is saved on molding, rolling and turning over cutlets or cheesecakes. Cheesecakes always crawl in my frying pan, if you do not mix in a good portion of flour or semolina, and here I add only an egg and a spoonful of bran (pre-soaked in whey) to the cottage cheese, so you get dietary little casseroles.

I forgot to write about the cupcakes, this is my now, if not my specialty, then an ordinary dish! :-)
I bought two cupcakes at once, naively thinking that by putting one in the other I could make tartlets, but no, this number did not work, but they perfectly produce cupcakes according to any recipes for manniks, muffins, biscuits, etc. with raisins and various other fillings - coffee (in the sense of cocoa), cottage cheese, poppy seeds, with apple or chocolate slices and tydy. In short, the form is one, but the content is different, almost any. :-)
While some are baking, I lay out the second batch, throw in the top, and if there is dough left, then I put the rest in the first mold. For a large family with a bunch of children, this may be too dreary, but I usually bring dough for two layouts, that's enough for us.

yeah ... this is also an ingenious solution! do you pour water into the pallet?

I can’t find my non-stick muffin mold .. I probably threw it into a wave of decluttering .. I will buy it and I will try

Crown
Mirabel, yes, I pour water without fail.
As for baking, let me remind you that certain dances with tambourines are required there:
Sweet cupcakes can burn, I put them in individual silicone molds from Fixprice and put them in the cupcake, I also first cover the top with a foil tray, which I remove in the last minutes of baking.
You can do without a special form if you put the separate silicone molds in an aluminum tray of a suitable size (I found one very conveniently on my farm) or in a disposable form. So you can even bake biscuits in a water bath, I have not tried it yet, but there are plans.

ooo .. then I won't even try, otherwise other cars may be offended.
wanted to ask about baking pork loin steaks. I am not on friendly terms with this type of meat it turns out dry and that's it. But I decided to try again and make these along with neck steaks. They are waiting in the wings in the marinade. How to cook them correctly, huh? can cover at the beginning or immediately throw under the shadows? What do you think?

Well, in general, I made steaks from both the neck and the ham. Well, just a bomb! a real barbecue on the fire, the ham is a little drier, but not critical!
Grill-clever !!! and another grill - frying pan made buckles from Sonadora and it turned out to be a restaurant lunch-dinner.

I seem to be chatting with myself

Mirabel, Vika, what kind of grill do you have? You write that similar. Link please?
Mirabel
Svetlana, Light! I have Turkish, I have a topic here .. I'll look now

like this, only without skewers.
In my opinion Travola is better, but I love mine too!
Svetlana62
Mirabel, Vika, Thank you! I will keep it in mind. And then Travola on Ozone ended while I was changing, and they don't seem to be planning to repeat the game. It's a pity, of course, because the built-in filter attracted me very much.

wanted to ask about roasting pork loin steaks. I am not on friendly terms with this type of meat it turns out dry and that's it.
I switched to brisket a long time ago. Now they stopped "making" fatty pigs and now even the brisket has become relatively lean.
And in general, I love meat in the form of minced meat, so I am not at all special in grilling meat. I also make kebabs from pork belly and chicken breast.

Grilled yesterday Baked eggplant inspired by this recipe.

On an oval ceramic dish, I laid out a couple of medium-sized eggplants, cut lengthwise, made three cuts on the pulp, and not one, as in the recipe, and spread it on top with a mixture of my hot ketchup (tomatoes, apples, peppers), garlic, salt, fresh herbs, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The mixture was well rubbed into the cuts and smeared with an even layer, the bottom was not smeared with anything. I put it on a cold grill for a full cycle, pulled it out 15 minutes after turning it off.
I really liked it hot and cold in the morning.

Tatyana, Tanya! I wrote above what my grill is. It's not exactly travola, but the principle is the same. Maybe look at him?

First I marinated, and then baked ...

Elena, Great how! To try something in my own somehow everything starts to burn quickly, I'm afraid that they will not fry inside.

I also bought a non-stick muffin maker in Dixie for 6 muffins, it fits perfectly into the grill, in it I "fry" meat and fish cutlets, pancakes and cheese cakes without any breading.
Galina, today in Pyaterochka I saw molds for 6 cupcakes and, remembering your advice, I bought 2 pieces.

I haven't fried kebabs for a long time, but today I made up my mind.
Marinated only in onions and in inexpensive soy sauce for about 2 hours.
Very tasty, very very juicy!

And my bread maker is covered, so I now bake bread in my grill. Previously, I only made buns, and buns with cookies.
