Do not worry! Many have it scratched, I also scratch from salt, or rather, its hardly soluble fractions ...
On the question of the "benefits" of sea salt

It is probably better to really dissolve the salt and pepper and sugar in water, throwing out sediment. Sugar is also full of sand, some incomprehensible fibers and other garbage.

Alxndr, tell me you bought a spatula to order, or is it on sale? And on which floor to look for the store? I’m not in Moscow.
The story is like this. I found out the address, got ready, almost went. Half the way, I think, let me call and find out the availability. They answer that there are no shoulder blades, but they will be in two weeks. Two weeks later I call, they say no, but I have it in stock, will you order? Yes, I say, give two. No, they answer, there is only one last one, and they will bring it no earlier than in the same two weeks ... True, they called back in nine days - come and take it.
Something like that. Be sure to call in advance and find out everything before you do anything!

Shop on the ground floor. It seems the main entrance (at least the first one, how to go from the metro) and immediately to the right.

I bought yesterday a shovel for rye dough (240r) a shovel for 255 models-the coating is golden and not black, yes, in general, it makes no difference (they said that they did not have models from 257) Moscow Gorbushkin Dvor 1st floor Panasonic plaza store is available

About spatulas
Over the years, the spatula was scratched and the bread began to stick to it. Very uncomfortable. I already wanted to buy a new one, but the price is 950 rubles. I was not very happy. And then I remember that there is a so-called rye spatula. I used it once and it kneaded rye bread harder than simple bread. Therefore, it was placed in the far corner. I put it on. Mixes wheat very well. It even seems to me that it is better and easier than a simple one. Raisins are added wonderfully and easily.
The question is brewing. And with what fright did the Japanese decide that it was for rye? They do not eat black bread, how should they know about rye flour and its kneading. It is more logical that a simple shovel is for rye, and a fork-shaped one for wheat.
Pavlo22
but somehow it is not clear: it seemed to me that the rye spatula copes easier with kneading (rye flour) - the bread maker vibrates less. And about the price of something 950r per blade is too expensive. The form itself (without the shaft on which the spatula is put on) in which bread is baked costs about 1400r-as I was told in the store.

Please, tell me, where is it really possible to buy a bucket for Panasonic 257 now? It's just some kind of nightmare ... In Moscow, neither on Gorbushka, nor in this service 🔗 -no, in Yekaterinburg, no .... Panasonic did not expect such an ambush from the service
sazalexter
Sherly Did you look for SD-254/255? The buckets are essentially the same, the only difference is in the coating
Sherly
I haven't looked for it yet ... it is because of the coverage that I keep this option in my head for the most extreme case
sazalexter
Sherly SD-257 is a relatively new model, if you find a bucket on order, or try to search on eBay

Sherly What happened to the old one?
Sherly
A chilling story ... I found a recipe for a muffin for HP, in which the oven also kneads the dough. It included raisins, which I poured with boiling water, let them stand, dried them on a towel, and sprinkled them with flour. I dissolved the sugar in milk ... In general, I did everything right, just at "5" As a result, the cake burned on top, it was not baked inside and, having taken this miracle of culinary art from the bucket, I found there not only scratches, but deep grooves -to metal I can assume that there was some small pebble in the raisins ... But, I did not check, the cupcake went to the trash)))) After that, I already baked two breads, it does not stick to the bucket, but there are doubts about: is it not harmful to health to bake in such a bucket and how long can it still exist in this form?
PS. I looked at eBay .... I didn't find it either ... there is an option to try to restore the coverage, but for the time of "repair" you still need something else ....
Rina
I also had a story - the bread maker was a little over six months old, I managed to drop a teaspoon into it. I ordered a bucket in the service, waited six months (no 4-5 days). The new bucket also received circular scratches, apparently from rock salt inclusions. For two and a half years now I have been with this bucket, everything is baking normally. Only the other day I bought a stirrer (black, by the way), because my dear one will just climb in rags.

Sherly, there are no opportunities in Kiev? You can buy enough spare bucket from us.

I don’t think that scratches will give out some muck to bread, as far as I know, now the coating is applied due to molecular adhesion, and not some additional chemistry. In general, until you start to get shaggy, you don't have to worry too much.
Sherly
Rina, Thank you! You reassured me a little So, I still have time to search)) I also searched on Ukrainian sites, however, I found only for 254/255 ... And an opportunity to Kiev (the funny thing is that practically to my homeland, I'm from Cherkassy ))) not yet Which year I am going to visit the godfather, and I still can't get it ... Now there will be an extra reason to come
Rina
here is our fyrm shop with accessories. However, last week I bought a shovel for 140 hryvnias, and today I see that it is 180

There is no bucket for 256-257, but there is for 254-255.

🔗
sazalexter
Sherly My bucket is also heavily used, it doesn't stick, and okay. The bucket is made of an aluminum alloy of the type that was used in Soviet cast pots and pans, so I don't bother too much
Sherly
Rina, Shiro dyakuyu It's funny, but in the Russian "eplaze" there are no accessories for HP at all

sazalexter, Thank you! Now I will not worry too much, until it starts to stick

PS. Although, if, nevertheless, someone sees the trail of the elusive bucket, I will be very grateful!

I recently made a request on the Panasonic website. I quote the answer:
Currently bucket for Panasonic bread maker SD-257
not available in the manufacturer's warehouses, delivery time under the order from 2
weeks to several months. The cost is 4500 rubles, the order is possible in full
prepayment.
More available bucket for model SD-255 (light),
cost 2950 rubles, delivery time (to us) 2-3 weeks.
🔗

Additionally, the cost of postal delivery across the CIS will be
575 RUB (560 rubles for a light bucket)

what's this going on! chaos .....

*** yana ***, 4500+575???
I (in a frantic search for a bucket) on one English forum read how a person is looking for a bucket for our stove cheaper, because the price of 50 pounds for him seems prohibitively expensive ... well, we would have his problems .... And even on the website that prompted me Rina, the last price for a bucket for SD 257 was 730 UAH, which is somehow not at all 4500 rubles .... it is very logical to buy a stove for 6500, so that later you can buy an unfortunate saucepan for it for 4500 It's a pity that I did not think to study this issue before buying a stove, I decided once there are many services, then there will be no problems. Did not guess.......

It is a pity that I did not think to study this issue before buying a stove - I decided once there are many services, then there will be no problems. Did not guess..
yes, Panasonic did not have such problems until recently .... when I was looking for a bucket on a false bucket, I studied this issue ... if you look from the point of view of reliability, you can navigate by service centers ... what position is offered, there and a weak point in the device ..... everywhere there were transmitting belts, oil seals, buckets for lies, paddles, and there was nothing on Panasonic ... but since 2010 they began to make a marriage ... they put epiploons short-lived. my stove had a bucket with a defect .... it was found, of course, as soon as the warranty ended .... the "hole" inside the bucket was too wide, and there was a gap between the gasket and the bucket. it was smeared with something, but the putty lasted for 13 months .. just for the warranty to end ...... I wriggle out by making the dough every day without delay, but it clogs this gap from above, then dries up ... so until it flows from below ... I don't know how long the stove will last on this ...
so it turns out that it is more profitable to buy an inexpensive oven for 2,000 rubles and change it in 2-3 years ...
tataklukina1
Hello! Today I buy a Panasonic 256 bread maker after reading your responses in the form. She thought she was the most reliable (I mean Panasonic). And now, doubts crept in if I'm doing it. How long does a bucket last? Before that I had an Elekta EBM-150MK bread machine (Japan) in the late 90s. After 2 years, a bucket flew, there were no services and it was just a dead weight. In decided on Panasonic. I thought there were fewer problems. Tell me how long the bucket lasts for daily use of the stove.
Rina
With the old coating, the bucket has been working for two years without problems, only I recently changed the blade to black. Nobody will tell you about the new ones about the real time of work, since 256/257 appeared relatively recently. If we start from the bucket, then Panas still had the most reliable ones.
tataklukina1
I realized that Panasonic 254 and 256 are one and the same, the bucket differs only in the coating. That is, buckets should be interchangeable. I found out in the E-burg service the cost of a bucket is 2950 rubles - this is half the cost of the stove. (I buy a stove for 5500 in an online store). For Mulinex, a bucket costs 800 rubles. The difference is very good. big. There are many doubts, I do not know to take it (Panasonic)
or not?
Sherly
tataklukina1 It's up to you to decide, of course, but ... If you handle the bucket with care, then there will be no problems But, at the Mulinex, judging by the reviews on various sites, these problems are enough. ..
Please tell me which service did you find the bucket? and for which stove (model number)?
Rina
I will say this ... with buckets from Panasonic, if problems arise, it is almost always from the curvature of the user's handles (I changed the bucket only because I missed the spoon during kneading).

If the mulinex have problems with the bucket, then this is almost always due to the crookedness of the manufacturer.

By the way, at one time I also bought a bucket at half the cost of a bread machine (450 UAH bucket at 900 UAH for HP). This is a problem with so many spare parts.

I took the bread maker, spent 2.5 kg of flour over the weekend, tried the usual white lobs (main program), French and mustard. Most of all I liked mustard (French program). It turned out great, but the baking time is annoying, it hurts for a long time.
I used to have cotton Elekta there, the baking time was 2h40min and the batch was more vigorous. The bread was great, but the bucket failed, and I couldn't find a replacement and was worth it. There were no problems with the dosage, there was great accuracy for what, everything was measured out in glasses, not grams. But that was it. In general, I liked Panasonic.

Sorry if I am writing about the wrong place. But, can anyone answer. On one site (you probably can't give a link) it says that the Panasonic SD-257 comes with - A device for removing the agitator... Three days ago I bought this bakery in a company store and did not find any extractor. As a novice baker, I really need it. Has anyone seen him in person? Or is it safer with your finger?
Rina

There is no extractor. The agitator usually remains on the shaft. If it remains in the bread, wait until the bread remains at the rolling temperature, then remove it with your fingers.

looks like a thick wire, on one side a ring for a finger, on the other side 5 millimeters bent 90 degrees. this hook is pushed into the shaft hole through and through, clings to the upper edge of the agitator remaining in the bread, and pulls it out ... I have one in my LV ... but in Panasonic I never left a spatula in bread ... and there is no such hook in the kit ...
pimar
Thanks for answers. I read that you can use a plastic crochet hook. And today, in general, I forgot to take out the bread right away (I did not set the timer correctly and did not hear the signal at night) and the spatula did not get stuck and the bread came out easier.

Good day.

Unsubscribe here for spare parts for SD-207.

The saber stove has been in operation for 5.5 years, everything works as usual, but the bucket (and especially the stirrer) has already peeled off enough from Teflon, and I wanted to change it. The service said that the bucket for the 207th (assembled) is available for order, at a price of something around 2000r.

However, the service worker warned that the main board by the 207th is no longer available (discontinued), and a new bucket for the five-year-old 207th is not a reason to order. Along the way, I heard a lot of a heartbreaking story about a grandmother crying in that service, whose SD-207 controller board just welled up ...

Total: it was decided not to buy a bucket. Ordered and paid for 2502, awaiting delivery.
And the 207th will remain for "backup", so to speak. Or you can send a bucket with a stirrer to Sibovar, they will spray a new Teflon.
*** yana ***
Nikolay_Alexandrovich do the bucket and the spatula stain the dough? Vedeoks have a problem mainly in the oil seals, if they don't leak and don't get dirty, you don't have to bother with Teflon ..
Along the way, I heard a lot of a heartbreaking story about a grandmother crying in that service, whose SD-207 controller board just welled up ...
and what in the service they say that the board at Panasonic after some time must necessarily screw up?
Nikolay_Alexandrovich

I can't complain about the oil seal yet.
The stirrer has lost its "smoothness", the roll jumps out badly enough, you have to tap the bucket on the table, through the towel. Fortunately, the Panas bucket allows us such "freedom".

and what in the service they say that the board at Panasonic after some time must be screwed up?

Please note that I specifically mentioned the 207th model.
You (IMHO) generalize to all Panasy, involuntarily provoking a flame.
(see quote above).
However, I will be glad to be mistaken.

Shiyo first of all affirms my life and technical experience.
Nothing is eternal. The resource put into the equipment by the manufacturer is quite finite.
And the sixth year of my life, 207, significantly brings the possible demise of the controller board closer.
There is no point in purchasing a new bucket, because the stove is quite old, and not all spare parts are available. This is an intuitive calculation, too much risk.

... so I tell you about it ... let it work while it works ... since it works for so long without problems, it means a high-quality device. Well, unless for her to buy a new mixer.

If possible, I will also leave my feedback on the bucket, although I have H. P Binaton - the bucket is a little scratched bread was baked from premium flour and recently the bread has become like from flour 2c. So dark. but before it was white.

last time - how much? and where?

For example, the quality of our flour has changed dramatically, it is old, from low-quality wheat. I'm waiting for the flour of the new harvest.

and there is a non-bread flavor? and the shoulder blade is not peeled off? check the bucket and the mixer with your fingers, especially those places where the Teflon tears and where the mixer is put on .. if the fingers remain clean, then this is not it ... most likely it is flour ... nowadays they interfere with a lot of high-quality flour with general purpose .. . when the bucket gets dirty, the first thing on the bread is a dark ring in the place where the mixer is ...

The flour is the same and the same as before, but then the bread was premium, and now all over the bun the pastries seem to be made of 2c flour. On the bucket in some places like scratches. Today I took it from S. C and took it to the store, there they will contact S. C and then they will give it for examination. The time is about 1m.

Rina, I understood correctly that you ordered yourself a spatula from this link 🔗 And how long did you wait for your order? My negligence will now cost me dearly, I wanted to cut out a spatula that was stuck in bread for the first time ever with a knife, and eventually peeled off the coating on one of the edges of the spatula to metal. I am terrified about this. I'm afraid to use a peeled spatula (after reading about the secretions in the damaged Teflon coating, some kind of harmful acid). Is it harmful to use such a spatula only when it gets hot? Can I use it when kneading dough?
Rina, you do not know, are there such "biting" prices in services too?
Rina
the stirrer was brought to me literally the next day. When it will be sent to you, I do not know. If possible, just call the phones, talk directly with the sellers.

As for any discharge - I strongly doubt that this is somehow critical. Previously, there seemed to be some kind of terrible intermediate layer between the metal and the coating. Now this coating is such that it adheres to the metal itself. In addition, the main secretion of all sorts of nasty things begins at very high temperatures, which can only be achieved by heating an empty frying pan over direct heat.

For the future - why go with a knife? Wait until the bread becomes just warm, then remove it with your fingers (it would be nice if the bottom of the bread is slightly soaked, that is, leave the bread to cool either in a bucket or on a plate, but bottom down). For three years I have NEVER had the need to use any hooks, etc.
